Madera County Sheriff's Deputy's In force three or four large officers Attacked assaulted and further abused with the improper application of hand cuff's so as to inflict as much pain as possible upon a seventy one and one half year old 100 % disabled Veteran that acted to defend his helpless grandson that he believed to be over dosed on drugs. I am this senior disabled citizen of Madera, Ca. Had to resuscitate my grandson three times and helped the officer to put hand cuff's onto my grand son so that he could be taken to the hospital for needed help and to avoid being hurt in the process. He was placed onto an ambulance gurney the officer then put his knee on the top of my grandson's rib cage and applied his some 240 plus pounds on to my grandsons ribs. I advised him more than three times about the problems my grandson was having breathing, His response was to tell me two times to get back. I advised him he was not allowing my grandson to breathe and that he was in distress, also that he was cuffed and presented no problem and was helpless. The officer continued to apply his weight onto my grandson's rib cage. I had to push him off of him.
Several years before police had murdered one of my sons with the improper use and improper extensive application of a carotid choke hold That son is now in a Madera cemetery.
This officer is in need of specialized training, so it seems the rest of Madera's finest are also in need of the same training. I was subject to senior abuse, under "color of law" The description for senior abuse fits very well into the treatment I was subjected to. I am now in much pain and will go to see my doctor in the morning I am having trouble sleeping and will have to sleep in a recliner to help reduce the pain. I am not able to lay on my side as my shoulders hurt very badly now the recliner prevents that. I feel that I will have to sleep in a recliner for more than a year maybe two.
We need to do something about the mistreatment of Madera's seniors.
I saw another frail senior slam into a wall of metal and glass, the result was a huge bruse to the right side of his face which either rendered him unconscious or resulted in death. The hit he took was extremely loud and the brusing was very large. I was spirited out through another exit. and was prevented from seeing the condition of the man (Frail Senior) I was able to see that he looked to be a homeless person with a very frail body.
This man may have died today.
My grandson may have died today.
About nine to ten years ago I knew a "Jack Molina" of Austin street here in Madera,CA he was put out of the home that his mother had left to him Jacks home was set on fire. With not many resources friends were helping him to clean up the resulting mess. They had a large bin in place that the debris was being placed into. The County or city of Madera,CA set upon him tearing down the remaining garage and a small trailer that Jack was using to live in as the mess was being cleaned up. I personally gave jack a few hundred dollars to help him repair his water well.
The walls were torn down by Madera, County or City workers. (North End Of Austin) Jack was made to leave his home in about 110% temperatures. I don't know where Jack was walking to but he made it no further than the green belt at Lake and the Fresno River. Jack died there under a tree and was found with a core body temperature of some 112% or more.
Maderra, Seniors deserve better!
We deserve better!
