I didn't have to wait a long time before she answered, I had tried early for another number for City and was on line for over twenty min. I finally hung up and called this number. However there are tons of houses that raise money throughout the neighborhood for different charities. They sell food like donuts that are AMAZING. You can walk, but there is not a walking trail and no specific walk nights. It's a neighborhood that loops and is not similar to Christmas tree lane. There is also a home to drop off letters to Santa. The lines get really long but it's a treat that is worth it!

The stores and restaurants are open late and almost all of them offers hot cocoa or apple cider. There also have a carriage that travels around the Main Streets. People make long line to go in it. It's full of lights and pretty decorated. They have singer different genre. They entertain along the streets. Some sing just regular music and some Christmas songs. We always find a place to have diner and then walk around and enjoy the music. We visit the different thrift stores. We always find something nice to buy. It has become a tradition for us to attend this event every year. Highly recommended. It is the official start of the Holidays for us. It's almost like a magical night.

The ones I remember are: Antique Fair Food Festival Fairytale nights Farmers Market My dude and I have enjoyed so much festives here we are always seeing when the next events are. Everyone is very friendly and the respectful. The older folks tell my dude how did he scored his beautiful woman (me), which we always find hilarious as it is usually an older white retired couple. Anywho, if you would have told me I would be living in Clovis like 5 years ago, I would bet my life savings you are wrong but I do and surprisingly it's not that bad. There is always something to explore in OTC, from businesses to people. I love the events that they have which at least I feel like there's something going on every two weeks. The dude and I have gone to several restaurants and Roll Me Some is in OTC, BOA, EECU, and so much more. I am never disappointed when I come to OTC and wish Fresno put on more events like Clovis. There is always something to do here. They have the annual Christmas Parades, Big Hat Days, Veteran Parades and spring much more. I highly recommend to come down and check it out.

The librarian read 3 books that were part of the Lunar Year genre and in between had some mini interactive song activities. Love that my daughter participated. At the end of storytime they crafted a Snake and that was definitely my 3yo favorite. It's nice that the public libraries provide these kinds of free activities for the kids. My daughter did a great job listening though at times it was a bit challenging to hear. Would love to join in another Storytime event. Plenty of free parking.

I got a ticket for being backed into a stall (there were several cars there doing the same thing), and no signs indicating this was not allowed. Being a visitor I had no idea that this was their policy. Stay away from any area SCCCD police "patrol." I was in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the person that I brought to finish so I could help them back out to the car and take them back home. There was no patrol during the time I was in the parking lot. When we came back to the car, there was a ticket on the car and they refused to cancel the citation. Money grabbers if you ask me. Definitely not there to help people.

You simply need to show up 10 min before open and scan the QR code as soon as the security guard walks out with the sign. Or you can get in line on the DMV website when it becomes available (at open). This was the best DMV experience I've ever had. It was fast, efficient, and the staff member resolved my issue! I was in and out in 30 minutes with no appointment which has to be some kind of record!

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GET IN LINE…read more SCAN PICTURE BEFORE YOU GET TO CLOVIS DMV. ALSO, remember these people don't want to work here. SO BE NICE, THROW A BUNCH OF "SUGAR" at them ... Make sure you check in with the attached SCAN picture before you get in line. They no longer check you in as you walk in... This is sad, before you would stand in line, get help and then get sent to the appropriate window or get a ticket , NOPE. Got here super early at 7:15 to wait in line. We were told it didn't matter what position you had to check in via a scan piece of paper before you could even get a number. A DMV representative came out and said that we had to scan in order to get a window number and then kept directing people to go online, they literally did not want you to come into the office. It was some real simple DMV work, which included registration and drivers license and when I finally got up to the window, another person told me I could've done it online. I explained I wasted numerous hours trying to do it online and their website did not work. I finally got it done but not before realizing DMV is worse than ever. Why have an office if you don't help people. Plus when we checked at 8, of the 20 something windows, only 4 employees were working!!! FOUR... This is typical right now of the state of California and Department of motor vehicles. I do not want you to do anything in person. They want you to do everything online because, let's just call it what it is, they are more lazier than a person collecting welfare walking out to the mailbox to get their check. ( wait welfare now direct deposits the money). For people without computers or laptops or cell phones, especially elderly people, you have to go all the way back to Window A to fill everything online at their office and then get in line.. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER!! So make an appointment, make sure you bring all your proper paperwork, including stuff they don't tell you about, and it'll go a lot faster. You're gonna meet the same attitude for an employees cause most of them do not want to be there..
