I am in pain , completed my anti biotics two weeks ago , had an appointment to have a few teeth pulled when I called a few weeks ago to talk to the dentist because the antibiotics side affects were not good the woman told me my appointment was cancelled , when I asked who cancelled it cause it wasn't me she told me she'd get back to me , never heard back from her the pain has come back , the only person that can cancel a medical appointment is you , it's a Hippa violation to do so , on the day of my appointment I call to verify I had an appointment and was told I did not , I asked to speak to the dentist she called back one time when I was in the shower and has not called back since , nor have I heard at all from the staff . When I called back to ask who canceled my appointment cause it wasn't me I was informed that the people there know what there doing . I think the dentist should of cared enough to call me back being as I just can't call and talk to her but I guess she did call me back just didn't care enough to follow up .
