I started with just a lash tint and later tried a lash lift, although it didn't make much difference because my lashes naturally curl upward. Eventually, I asked Katelin about extensions. She said, "Let's try it," and now I'm completely hooked! Katelin does an amazing job with my extensions. I never thought I would be someone who wore them, but I absolutely love them. My entire makeup routine now takes about 30 seconds: 20 seconds to brush out my lashes and brows, and 10 seconds to apply lip tint. That's it! I've gone from spending 10 minutes on makeup to 30 seconds, and I always look put together. Katelin is wonderful, and my lash extensions are SO worth it!

When I tried to make an appointment with Breanna for another touch up she told me it would cost me $250. I asked her how could she charge me more, if the original job I paid for was not properly done. She would not budge with me. I am so upset. My eyebrows are not what I paid for. She just made sure she got paid for a job that was not well done. I have to pay someone else to do the job she should've done in the first place.

I otherwise had a great experience, I like the fullness and the individual strokes in my eyebrows. My issue is how asymmetrical they are in the center. I love the right one (on the left in the photo) but the other does not match at all. Lea was kind and offered a free touch up as needed at no charge, but I am now researching how to fade my left eyebrow at this point.

As the appointment date approached, the time was changed without any explanation, which was already inconvenient because I had taken the day off work specifically for this appointment. I then drove 58 miles--over an hour--to the studio to see Uriel specifically. When I arrived, I was informed by the employees that he was not there due to an emergency. I completely understand that emergencies happen, and that was not the issue. What was disappointing was the lack of communication and follow-up afterward. One of the employees was kind enough to perform the touch-up for me, which I appreciated, but it was not the experience I had scheduled or driven there for. I made the trip specifically to have the work done by Uriel. Even after the appointment, I received no follow-up message or apology. As someone who has supported Uriel's work for years and has remained a loyal client through his move from Hollywood to his new studio, I found the lack of communication and consideration extremely disappointing. I believe longtime clients deserve basic courtesy and communication, especially when they have gone out of their way to support an artist over the years
