Not an issue but I felt as though the piercer tried to upsell me and pressured me to buy new jewelry. While the piercer had the earring halfway through my ear another lady came into the room and was distracting the piercer while she was working, making it super stressful and rushed as they had other clients. I was super disappointed in customer service as well, I had called ahead and they told me to walk in and nobody came to the counter to talk to me for at least 10 minutes. Having been to multiple piercing establishments, this didn't feel well run. I ended up having to pay about 70 dollars for basic jewelry and my ear was super irritated by the end of it. Again, I'm grateful for them changing my earring but honestly this could have all been avoided if they just looked at the earring I had brought in and told me it was too small. I was also put off because they didn't have paper on their chair and just had it wiped clean.

I've been coming here for almost 3 years mostly little tattoos so no issue this past year I've been…read moregetting more piercings I've been coming to them because their prices seemed the best but don't let that fool you every single piercing I got from them sucked. I have my tongue pierced and it's so close to the tip not even a fingernail with from the piercing to the tip of my tongue my back dermals they have pierced them with such a short post that now I have to go and get it taken out at the doctors because it's so far deep in me( mind you the jewelry top just fell out earlier today) and my anti-eyebrow was pierced with the wrong jewelry not with the staple bar. I've also tried trusting them with a word tattoo, and I had to get it covered up because the lines were very crooked and it started fading within the next week. There's a difference of knowing how to paint and draw and knowing how to tattoo there's also a difference of knowing how to pierce people correctly and incorrectly nothing is professional there. I don't recommend it when I try talking to the owner today I stated everything about my piercings. I also told him that I have previously called about my dermal and he told me to twist it, and to put a Band-Aid on it so I won't rise. Then he stated he's never even talked to me before nobody's ever stated to put a Band-Aid on any dermal cause they don't believe in putting Band-Aids on dermals so he wasn't hearing my point of view at all I already understood that there wasn't going be any refund, but to not understand my point of view and to not talk to me respectfully as a customer is outrageous if you wanna save a couple dollars feel free to come here, but if you want it done correctly, I recommend bone deep tattoos in Ventura worth the money!!
