We got the Medici and the Coffee Thief (aka frozen latte). The Medici is pretty good - simple but refreshing and fruity. It had the right amount of sweetness and well balanced. It is a bit pricy compared to other drinks at other coffee shops. The Coffee Thief is a bit on the sweeter side, but the employee mentioned it is the least sweet drink in the blended series so imagine how sweet the other drinks are! However, it was creamy and filling. It is a good drink to get on a hot summer day. This place is self-serve with water available. There is good amount of seating, but it can be a bit unwelcoming with the bird poop that is scattered around a lot of the windows, but the windows and the ambience could be pretty inviting without this element. Overall, good, expensive coffee shop, but easy to get to as there are numerous Caffe Ladros around the Seattle area.

There is plenty of space as my colleague and I were staying at Astra so we were able to pull away from some of the other customers and get some work done. The pastry and breakfast sandwiches looked amazing but unfortunately, there was not a plant based option-surprising for Seattle. In summary, stay for the coffee, get some work done, and skip the breakfast plates unless it gets charged to the company card.

The space is much larger than I expected, with plenty of seating for around 30 to 40 people. It also seems to be more than just a coffee shop, offering brunch and cocktails in addition to coffee. I didn't have a chance to try any of the food, so I can't speak to that side of the menu. What really surprised me was the coffee. It was excellent and honestly might have become my new favorite coffee spot in the area. The only reason I'm holding back from giving it five stars is the pricing, which feels a little steep for regular visits. Still, the quality of the coffee, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were enough to make me want to come back.
