This is a cute little coffee shop nestled in the Hotel Theodore. The seating area in the coffee shop itself was limited but cozy, but you were able to sit in the lobby of the Theodore if you needed more space. My drink, the Snickerdude, was so delicious, as was the spinach and cheese bun I ordered! The staff was so friendly and even offered to toast my pastry for me. There's even a walk up window if you're in more of a rush- overall this is definitely a place I'd go back to!

Located in the lobby of a hotel, this cozy cafe dishes up some of the best cappuccinos around. Was delighted with the staff not batting an eye when I said my coffee order. I love Seattle coffee and this spot lives up to the hype!

This is a nice nook of a coffee shop inside the Theodore hotel. I got an italiano and an espresso. Coffee - 4/5, but bumping to 4.5 since their beans are wood roasted (not every coffee shop sells this!). It's darker and smokier, and tastes fantastic in an italiano! I wanted to talk to the barista more about the beans, but unfortunately she didn't know much about them. Interior - 3.5/5. The space was a little dead and the coffee counter was pretty empty. They have a faux fireplace with some decent seating options.

it was nice to have a decent coffee shop right in the hotel (Hotel Theodore). They opened at 7 am and were putting pastries from a local bakery in their display case that looked good, but I did not try them. My mocha was good.

Wood fire roasted light coffee -- *salivate* with oatly oat milk. Fantastic service and Macrina pastries. Still the most solid Seattle coffee in my book --- Wow I was at first pretty bummed I found a hotel cafe and it was $4.24 for soy cappuccino -- they ran out of oat milk today but have it otherwise (Oatly for the win! Had low expectations for the coffee, the cafe is hipster and swanky. With a fire place :o But I was SO WONDERFULLY SURPRISED with the espr! Smooth coffee and perfectly hot steamed soy.

A small coffee spot located inside Hotel Theodore. Inside has a few seats with an outside order window if simply grabbing a quick drink. We arrived close to 8 AM on a weekday and a single employee was managing everything. The counter had boxes of pastries which were being individually wrapped, although no prices were written. Note that only the 8oz drinks can be in the glass cups. Any larger drinks, such as the 16oz, will be in to-go cups. ----- Caffe Mocha (8oz): $4.50. Art wasn't that pretty, but the coffee was decent and on the stronger side. The chocolate flavor was definitely more noticeable compared to other mochas that I've had in the past. -----

A cool space in the lobby of Hotel Theodore. The coffee brew is delightful and the pastries are good. I called up doppio espresso and nibbled on a super-flakey and delicious croissant. There's a long communal table and a few small patio tables inside and outside against the store front. Pricing is similar to Starbucks; Perhaps a little less expensive. Two bucks for a cup of coffee. The staff behind the counter is friendly and polite. If you're staying at the HT, this coffee shop is super convenient. It's located right in front of the two elevators. There's also a pass-through window for passers-by who want a cup of joe or something more fancy like a cappuccino or latte.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. It's inside Hotel Theodore and is a smaller space than I expected. Hazelnut latte was not bad, would recommend if you're around the area!

The seating area is small but very cute and cozy. I got the Honey Bear Latte which is a special drink with honey, vanilla, and a little cinnamon. ITS SO GOOD. I came back twice in the same week. I cant wait to come back and try the london fog! Would 100% recommend.

Sadly disappointed that they use Cafe Darte... If you're a coffee lover, it's not worth your time.

Climb upstairs and get ready to be wowed…read more It's not the easiest to find, but the Pike Place location sits on the top floor of the Corner Market building. Hidden, and almost spa-like. We came in on a rainy morning and found seats next to the glowing fireplace. Talk about cozy! Massive windows overlook the chaotic market below. They serve coffee, tea, pastries, a few food items, and snacks. My salted caramel latte was pretty incredible. This might sound cheesy but as I drank it, I really couldn't believe how exquisite it was. Very lightly sweetened, unbelievably smooth, the foam holding its shape all the way to the last sip, and that little touch of salt tying everything together. No joke, possibly the best latte I've ever had. Back to the space, it's dark, warm, and sexy, with soft gold and amber accents. It reminded me so much of the way I designed my own home so of course we ended up staying much longer than planned. We felt so at home. So if you're a coffee lover, you need to find this spot and experience it for yourself. One word - transcendent.

This was on a Sunday afternoon close to 5pm, and there were still so many people occupying nearly every seat inside. I did come back to try their matcha matcha drink only to find it gone from their current menu as of May 2026. Instead, their turon matcha immediately caught my eye, as it has banana and I've been obsessed with banana-flavored toppings and puree on my matcha lately. It has matcha and house banana puree, both of which work well together. The tiny layer of house banana puree has all the flavor, especially when you mix the whole drink together. Very refreshing, and their ceremonial matcha's grassy tones still came out despite the banana puree being just as strong in the drink. Their matcha here comes pretty close to making it to the highest spots on my list of my most favorite matcha places in Seattle. Even if it isn't on the top of that list, their drinks are still 5+ star quality.

I noticed that they now pour drinks from a pre-made plastic jug instead of making them fresh like when the store first opened. I usually don't get sick from drinking coffee but twice in a row is pretty bad. Their drinks are also overly sweet and most of them do not have a 0% sweet option, which is usually what I order from other coffee and tea shops, and it's probably because most of the ingredients are pre-mixed. They also use thick plastic cups, considering that Seattle is a pretty green city and a lot of similar Vietnamese coffee shops use sustainable cups. Sad to say, but my time visiting this chain has come to an end.
