When I asked to make sure all cupcakes would be filled, she said, "Yes, all will be filled with pink," completely ruining the surprise. This was supposed to be a private, special moment for us as expecting parents, and it was ruined by carelessness. The next day, another employee called to confirm our order but didn't even seem to have the correct details, proving the lack of communication.
