Where the real stars show themselves is after all the paperwork is done and you're in the new place. We looked at the property before hand and noticed a grade on the parking lot. Mom has limited mobility but felt like it would not be a problem. After about a week after she moved in it was apparent that the grade was too much for her. I called Shannon on Friday with our concerns and expected an answer in a few weeks.
