If I could give zero stars I would. The driver was a great…read moreguy but every other aspect of doing business with Capeway was brutal. They robbed me ($270 for a 4 mile tow) and the woman on the phone took 20 minutes worth of information (literally 20 minutes) even had me send her a pin from Google Maps but apparently told the driver nothing. I got four texts telling me how close the driver was and they were all lies. I didn't know anything until the driver called to tell me how far away he was. This was a terrible experience. Do not waste your time with this guy. I bought my third XC 90 from him. After searching for months…read morefor the right combination of age and miles. The deal seemed too good to be true and Boy it was. Yes he fixed anything that broke within the three month warranty, which was a lot. Even after that, the suspension is shot the alignment always been off. Need to get new tires. The blower for the heat in air-conditioning blew on the last day of my warranty, Bob did give me the part, but I had to pay to have it installed only six months after purchasing the $16,000 car the calipers came off of one of my brakes which resulted in almost $1000 in brake work. Bob lied several times and said what a great car this was and how I wouldn't have to make any repairs for a very long time. The engine mounts are very loose in the car makes obscenely loud. Sounds when idling. In short on paper it looks like the best XC 90 I had ever purchased but in reality, it is the worst car I've ever purchased in my life Especially being a Volvo, which is usually the king of luxury and comfort at a reasonable price. The suspension is completely shot on this car. It's one of the roughest rides I've ever had. Most of the interior was broken and a lot of the wiring is wrong because random codes just turn on and off whenever they want don't be fooled by the cheap prices in low miles. In Bob's defense, he did fix the bare minimum of what he needed to fix but I personally would never buy a car from him ever go to a real dealer

And they honestly don't make anything quite like they used to! We have had some trouble with it over the last year or so, and unlike the last time we had an issue, we decided to ask our family who they take their cars to, instead of just going to Sullivan Tire down the street. (Sullivan seems like it's sometimes great, and sometimes awful, depending on who happens to be working there at the time.) While my spouse and I are relatively new to the area- 3 years this summer!- our extended family has basically always lived here. They recommended Shepherd's, and I'm glad we took them up on the recommendation. The guys at Shepherd's are very savvy, correctly diagnosing our issue over the phone. We had to have the car towed to their shop, which is luckily pretty close to us in East Bridgewater, and they had it fixed before the end of the day! Our issue was fairly straightforward- a broken drive belt- but the fact that they had us back on the road again so quickly was pretty awesome! In terms of costs, the repair cost exactly what the internet suggested it would! These guys are honest, and I'd highly recommend giving them a call if you have car trouble!
