The hot tub and Sauna were broken down many times and when asked about you would get a different answer from each staff member. Today I tried to cancel a class as I was stuck in traffic and would not make it on time, I was directed to call because it was 1 1/2 hours before the start of that class. I was told they WOULD NOT cancel it and I would be a no show. I questioned why she wouldn't cancel it so someone could get that spot, the child only said it was policy!!!! Im not sure I want to contine cwith this club if they are NOT going to post an opening in a class someone would like to have.

Good life fitness are always helpful with that and I regret why I even joined this gym. If I can give them 0 star in terms of how least helpful these guys are, I would. I made a huge mistake of paying for the year's membership for the entire year all in one go. My hernia became worse preventing me to go to Movati gym and months went by like that, I have 4 months of membership time left and I called them to freeze my membership because of the medical issues and they said they can't because of my membership (not compassionate at all when you have a genuine medical condition regardless the membership). I remember my family and friends never had issue freezing membership regardless what membership you have, one health and Goodlife are helpful in that. My membership with Movati will run out as it is, but I will cancel my family members month to month membership with this gym. If you are healthy and fit with no chance of medical issues then sure, but if you run into anything unexpected with your health Movati doesn't care of customers like that. I'll join Goodlife or One Health once I am healed after my operation. I do not recommend this gym due to the way they deal with customers with genuine reason, otherwise gym itself is good to go to. My 1 year membership I paid for $1175.88 gone to waste. Never going back to this gym ever again.

First class facility…read more Our son attends pre-school there and they are fabulous. My wife and I workout there, and the gym is not full of juice heads. Today we had our sons 4th Birthday party there and they do an amazing job. They pretty much do it all for you. We brought a cake and a few nibbles for the parents. William was amazing with the kids. He runs his Department, and is definitely in the right line of work.

I would describe the Anytime Fitness gym approach as almost a time-share gym. The idea is, every…read moremember has a fob which they can use to access the building at any time. Staff are available for regular hours (something like 9-12, 3-8), but at all other times you need to have a fob to gain access. The gym itself is beautiful - big and not too busy, with new equipment and private change rooms and showers. I love that the cardio equipment is equipped with personal televisions, and that they offer a few classes too! They also have a circuit of weights and tons of free weights as well. I can't speak to the prices of the gym - I'm only a class member, but that allows me access to the full gym on class days - I'm considering joining, because I really enjoy it! It really is a stress-free, very accepting community of people which is a bit different from my experiences at other gym chains. Give it a try! They do offer 2-week passes through Yelp!!

As another review mentioned the building is a bit of a maze, and tripping hazard. Signage could be better; I've been a member here for a few months and I still get lost on occasion. After minor prompting staff are generally very good at fixing anything that's broken or subpar. I've identified a rowing machine dated from the early 1980's. Retro. There are simply not enough lockers. When you do manage to get a hold of one during a peak period there are no hangers for your clothes. They seem to want you to fork over an additional $25/month for a reserved half locker. It's a year contract that can only be terminated by a doctors note, so make sure you request some trial sessions.
