The Gym has a small family feel and the people you workout with are extremely supportive. The actual workout is just about 30 -35 minutes plus an extended warm up and demo, all in about 50 min. The exercises are challenging and there's 4 different weight stations to suit everybody. I have had great strength gains in just under a month and I can feel the difference everyday. I even overheard a cleaner say there was "no point" in washing the floors because people come in with dirty boots--which is concerning and not an acceptable standard for a paid gym facility. The washroom doors are visibly dirty, the machines look like they haven't had a proper deep clean in a very long time in years and the mats upstairs are especially bad. There is significant debris stuck between them, and it's clear they've never been lifted and cleaned properly. For the cost of membership, basic hygiene and routine deep cleaning should be expected. At the very least, cardio machines should be properly cleaned out on a regular basis monthly should be the bare minimum. I'm not sure if this location is operating on a lower budget, but members are still paying full price and deserve a clean, well-maintained environment. Other locations (like Vega) clearly have higher cleaning standards, and this gym would benefit from adopting the same practices. If anyone knows who to contact about these concerns, please comment.

I also wish more members were respectful about re racking their weights and not ego lifting/slamming equipment which can break and inconvenience the ones who do care. My hernia became worse preventing me to go to Movati gym and months went by like that, I have 4 months of membership time left and I called them to freeze my membership because of the medical issues and they said they can't because of my membership (not compassionate at all when you have a genuine medical condition regardless the membership). I remember my family and friends never had issue freezing membership regardless what membership you have, one health and Goodlife are helpful in that. My membership with Movati will run out as it is, but I will cancel my family members month to month membership with this gym. If you are healthy and fit with no chance of medical issues then sure, but if you run into anything unexpected with your health Movati doesn't care of customers like that. I'll join Goodlife or One Health once I am healed after my operation. I do not recommend this gym due to the way they deal with customers with genuine reason, otherwise gym itself is good to go to. My 1 year membership I paid for $1175.88 gone to waste. Never going back to this gym ever again.
