No mention of that cut being $90.00 until checkout. Got home after 3 hour roundtrip and haircut was incorrect. Nicely called Salon, texted, sent pictures. Owner called and "we want you to be happy. We will refund your money and even pay another salon to fix it, or you can come back and we will refund and fix it free. Chose to comeback to Allison. Have receipt for $90.00 refund, screenshot of refund which pended in my account until he reversed it, and kept the money. Told me while she was cutting my hair that since "we can't make you happy" and he was refunding my 90.00 I was not to come back to the salon. I just saw where Allison is listed as partner and lead stylist. Haircut still not correct. Uneven, shaggy bottom. She was late for our 9:00 appointment. Not offered a beverage. She is nice and this is not a personal attack on Allison or the Salon. I simply called them and told them I wasn't happy with the haircut.
