I had to have a section of my fence removed to provide heavy equipment access during our pool construction. The job was too small for all the fence companies I called except for one, (unfortunately I don't remember the company that referred me to Truman Case " CASE FENCE COMPANY" When I called Truman he was professional and made an appointment to see me immediately (within the week) and gave me a fair estimate to do the work. 1/2 the money to take it down and the remainder when he came back to close it up. It was August 2021 when we opened up the fence, here it is June 2022 and I was just given the green light to close up the fence. I called Truman , he remembered me made an immediate appointment to come out, used the old fencing didn't come up with excuses to buy new materials or make up a scenario to charge more for the return visit. There was a 4"x4" that needed replacing because the pool contractor cleaned up the site and took it away. Other than that the price was the same as when he quoted me almost a year ago. I dd need to have two of my gates that provide access to the pool area to be self closing , which he did and again it was a very fair price. I arrived and was greeted by Miguel, behind the desk. Told him I was there due to the excellent reviews his shop had received. He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Based on my experience, and positive reviews, I will definitely return for car care as the need arises.
