I was referred to this trailer service facility by a friend who use them in the past. Chip, the owner was awesome. He took all my calls returned my messages and was on point with his quote. They do not overcharge just to overcharge. Very respectful and professional establishment. I was looking to get new brakes hubs and a new axle for my 2012 trailer and I got more than what I asked for without being charged extra. Just bought a boat and trailer that was 4 years old. Brought in my trailer to have all the nuts and bolts replaced because they were completely rusted out. Cameron was very knowledgeable and listened to all my concerns. During the repair, Cameron noticed all my bunk boards were rotted and falling apart. We were on the way to the boat ramp on a Sunday and one of our single axle tires was wobbling. To my surprise the owner Chip answered the phone on a Sunday and assured me it was a simple fix. The next morning his son came to my home and replaced the bearing hub in the the driveway, and then we went to the shop were they replaced the other one which was also ready to go. Awesome service all the way around. We had just brought a boat, and the axels to the trailer went bad. Called these guys just as they were getting ready to close. They were extremely generous and stayed open late till we got there. Parked the boat overnight, got a hotel, and they had the trailer fixed like new and ready to go the very next morning!
