Sooooo I had ordered my steak medium. I tend to cut from the outside in, as I cut into it, it was a little rarer then I usually like my steaks. But it was ok, the odd thing was, as I kept cutting inward the more the steak was cooked. The middle was actually well done, never seen that. The flavor.... Not a fan, at first it was just very peppery, but the sauce got spicy, it was a weird combination. For a ribeye the steak was very thin.
