The worst experience I have ever had. 26 windows!! I ended up having to manage the job and workers myself and that was like managing children. They lied about insulating the windows. There was no lead mitigation so we had paint chips and dust being spread throughout the house. After numerous complaints we went through 6 Mad City managers all the while being told we were a priority. Well a "2 week" install has turned into a 4 month install and we are still a can being kicked down the street. Do Not make the same mistake. It's not worth your time and money. read more

BEWARE! Run don't walk away! We had a HUGE project recently for some window replacements. In short (of a VERY long story) all windows have been installed incorrectly leaving our investment a total loss. That totaled $50K. To add insult to injury, they did not pay their subcontactors and those subs put a lien on our home! This business is trying to cover some dramatic issues. We have had "seasoned" employees (or they may have been subcons) assigned to our project seven times and of course they have all been fired. We are not alone in our experiences....search this company and you will see experiences that mirror ours.
