However, just completed another round trip from Madison to airport (ORD) that was fantastic. First trip was two years ago when my sisters and I took a vacation to MX with flight out of MKE using AJP on transport to and from airport. Attempted to inquire about services for either the 12th or 13th of May in Madison. Despite website…read moreshowing numerous vehicle options and ability to book now - when I reached out to business owner he emailed me and stated they were totally booked that weekend. . Wanted to ask about getting his help to find the best fit for our needs. Turns out when you book with them, they then review the bookings and determine which reservations they will fulfill. So just because it says there is availability and you book the car, they can come back and cancel it. Seems a bit sketchy. I understand they are a for profit company but when will they cancel on you? Could leave you hanging. Seems a bit sketchy and uncertain. Booker beware. Since we've been emailing I'm certain any booking I make based on their site's availability will be unable to be fulfilled. Stay well Yelpers!! It's 2 stars vice 1 only because Mark is actually very responsive. . Perhaps I'm totally confused wrt how reservations work.
