After reading the reviews on yelp I knew Dylan was the cake artist we had to call. We gave a simple picture of a donut cake to Dylan and he totally brought it to life. Hand-dipped caramel apples taken to the nines with a plethora of toppings like Oreos, peanut butter, Rice Krispies, Circus Animals, pretzels, and more. They are as good and as scrumptious as they look. Back when my parents were still living in Tyler, my mom would send my dad on a mission to get apples before they sold out, back when the shop was only open a few days a week. I would even take some back with me to college. Now they have a large stock and even ship anywhere. Before leaving Tyler with my girlfriend, I made sure to stop at their location at the Mosaic District to grab one. She wasn't fully sold on the concept, so we just got a regular sprinkle apple. Once we made it back to Austin and cracked it open, it was fantastic like always. The sweetness balances with the obvious juiciness of the apple. Funnily enough, she was disappointed that we didn't get a more unique flavor. I tried to tell her!
