Came here with an elderly family member who was in dire need of her own cane. What's ironic, is that as we shopped around she told us that over the last year or so she's probably lost one of two of her own canes here in this very Macy's. It was at this point that we were approached by the CSA ( Cu stomer Service All Star) of this experience, Angelica-pictured. Angelica proceeded to take this particular family member to a room where she had her choice of some 20-plus canes! When it was all said and done, she emerged with two for the price of none! Thanks Angelica, your a credit to the Macy's brand! read more

Bought one Ralph Lauren t shirt . The tag didn't show the price in $ amount, only the scan code. The final scanned price came up as $116! Yes, $116 ! My wife usually buys it for $50-60 at other Macy's The salesman looked surprised when I told him I wasn't buying it at that price! Another salesman chimed in and told him wrong tag was attached to it. It took a while for them to figure out and the final price I paid was $42. Maybe, this was an honest mix-up but the fact that the salesman didn't even flinch when the price showed up at $116 makes me wonder. Also, the tag should show the price in $ amount not in scan codes ! read more

I came to Macy's after a robotics competition nearby to claim the free Lego kits! The service with Carlos was exceptionally amazing for catering to the event, kids and adults! He was so kind with Chad and I about the turkey kits as us being Lego fanatics! The value is great since this is a free activity for kids to do and have fun as well as get to take home a free Lego! TIP: Toys R Us is on the 3rd floor of Macy's! The escalator was broken so I needed to take the elevator! Parking is ample but this is at Westfield Culver City, so be wary of how crowded it may be! read more

My wife and I stopped by this Macy inside Westfield Culver City mall over the weekend. She wanted to buy a lipstick so we visited the cosmetic department on the first floor. The staff were really nice and helpful with my wife. While she was trying on different products, I walked around to the men's suit area to look at what they had. There a bathroom on the second floor next to Starbucks. The store is a decent size inside and different products will have a certain sale going on. read more

It was almost impossible for me to shop for fragrance in peace. I was stopped by at least four ladies. I'm literally at the counter smelling the perfume I'm interested in and they're telling me to try others. It's uncomfortable and I was looking at what I came in for. They make the shopping experience unpleasant to be honest. read more

Went to the perfum section to restock on the Burberry Goddess Eau De Parfum and the workers standing right infront of the Burberry section were talking amongst themselves not asking at all if we needed help. They kept staring at us and not saying anything until we approached them to ask where it was. Couldn't see it because the girl was standing right infront of it while talking to the male worker behind the counter. Told them I was specifically looking for the Goddess one and the man still keeping making me try to smell others and sell me those. They kept bickering while grabbing the box and I saw the man grab the eau de perfum but then when I got home I saw they gave me the parfum instead of the eau de parfum so now I have to go waste more time going to make the exchange. read more

I want to shout out Gilda at Macy's for truly outstanding customer service. I'd been struggling for 2-3 days to find a collared work shirt that fit right--wandering the mall, buying and returning shirts, and honestly dealing with a lot of rude/help-less interactions elsewhere. When I walked into Macy's, Gilda immediately approached me, asked what I needed, took the time to measure me, and found the exact shirt I'd been looking for. She did all of it with a smile and a great attitude, and it genuinely made my day. I walked in annoyed and stressed, and she made the whole thing easy. Macy's is lucky to have her--thank you, Gilda! Also the shirt was a great price! read more

This review is for Derrick from the Chanel perfume department. I went in today with my girlfriend looking for a new perfume for my mom's birthday, and he recommended me a couple of Chanel perfumes. After testing a few, I decided to go with his choice of Chanel essence. He was very patient and attentive. His aura expelled top tier professionalism and class of the highest degree. He went the extra mile and decorated the bag it came in by adding a nice charm to the gift bag. I was very impressed by him and his expertise in ensuring an overall great customer experience. I highly recommend him for everyone's future perfume needs. I have no idea if he's a Chanel vendor, or a Macy's employee, but to whoever is employing him: he deserves a raise and an increase in his commission check. I left Macy's very happy with my choice, and i wish Derrick nothing but the best. Thank you sir. read more

in a day and age when it's hard to find anyone to help you in a retail setting, this review is strictly for 2 employees who went above and beyond to help me in the women's department today at the store in the westfield mall. lorrainee and christina ( hope i'm not butchering their names) went out of their way to find an item i was looking for in the right size and color. both were extremely friendly and professional. i was head of operations for a chain of clothing stores (176 stores in 17 states) and, in fact, opened a store (fashion conspiracy) in this mall in 1975 when the mall first opened. if i were still in that position, i'd want to hire either of these woman i hope that they're appreciated for the jobs that they're doing. read more

Mattress I brought was defective. Was not notified of next steps once it was inspected. Macy's picked up my mattress 12/26/2025 and zi still do not have my refund. I have called so many times and was told they would issue refund to my card. The last call 2/24/2026 I was told a check would be sent in 2-3 days via UPS. I still don't have my refund.

My sons were looking for a cologne and were disturbed at the fact that the associate in the cologne counter kept giving them cologne prices of all the colognes they picked up. Do not understand the hate for this Macy's at all. It easily one of the nicest ones left - actually feel like a modern store where they change signage and keep it very clean. When's the last time you've seen a Macy's with new sparking clean floors?! The perfume counter is a little pushy but where is it not in a department store? Clothes were plentiful and better brands than what most Macy's sell now. It also lacks the dead space in housewares or in the back of the store that unfortunately is common in most big department stores. Felt like a place that will be open and thriving for a long time. Abeer was extremely helpful finding things for my wife. I actually didn't mind shopping here myself and I rarely go to department stores anymore. Would totally recommend. read more

I just wanted to give an appropriate shout out to two particular Westfield/Culver City, Macy, Women's Clothing Department employees by the name of Maria and Stephanie... Both of these young ladies have incredible dispositions and attitudes towards customers, and which became extremely evident when they assisted me about one week before Christmas 2024... Each of these individuals possess the highest level of Customer Service talents, including friendliness, professionalism, and simply a focus and desire to help... Both of these employees are to be commended & recognized for going the extra mile and helping me return several items I had just purchased that were in the wrong size... Maria was on the floor and, a lucky bonus for me, I also experienced Stephanie at the cash register... Suffice it to say, I cannot articulate enough great things about the loving Macy's "hearts" of these sweet, talented, and knowledgeable employees. Kudos to the administrators and supervisory personnel that hired and retained such quality human beings... Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all. Robert M. read more

Rude staff. Attempted to return some Christmas gifts that I didn't have a receipt for. Asked for a store credit which they would not do. They said you had to do an exchange for the exact amount of your return which is nearly impossible. I ended up telling them to just keep the money I could not use which they were happy to do. Will never shop there again. read more

The women working at the Coach fragrance counter are extremely rude and don't know their own company policies. We simply asked if they price matched any companies and as soon as we showed the prices from other stores for the same product, their attitudes were extremely snarky and rude. The woman wearing the floral dress, white cardigan with her hair pulled back and name beginning with an H (she conveniently covered her name tag) said that they only price match to Macy's online shop. However another employee at another fragrance counter said they price match to Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom. I went back to the woman in the floral dress and mentioned that the other employee gave me this information and she got very aggressive so we left. Shop elsewhere. read more

Worst customer service. Employees all they do is hanging out. Had me waiting to tell me I couldn't return my glasses bc I bought them from another store. The only reason was bc it would mess up their inventory. To make matters worse I got treated without dignity. Their unwillingness to be helpful, insulting my intelligence be telling me the barcode didn't match the receipt. As a result I went to the store I originally purchased the items and was told that I could've brought them to any sunglasses hut in Macys. The fact I had to go out of my way has left a bad taste in by mouth at ever going back to this store. Customers beware! read more

Back in the day I used to love Macy's or maybe I just didn't know better. I used to shop for clothes here all the time but now it is so hard to find the styles I like and the sizes. On this visit I was looking for some cologne. After someone had given me a sample last year, I held onto it and finally I had a chance to get the whole bottle I had to go for it. Sometimes you have to splurge ion some smell good and I did. I got some Prada and am completely satisfied with my purchase. So once again I did get a few samples, it looks like I will be back soon to get another bottle of something else. read more
