    Macy's Easton

My go to Macy's is Easton! This is a great Macy's and in the best overall location for shopping! The employees are always friendly and courteous, but will add the folks at the men's cologne counter can be a bit aggressive. Sometimes avoid that area. That aside, I love this store and always keep an eye out for sales. They usually have the best selection of the stores in Columbus. I've bought a few nice suits here, but I spend most of my time in the Polo section and everyday clothing. The housewares, luggage, and bath towels sections are also fantastic. I am always looking for the best price. I even use the app to order and do in-store pickup. There is plenty of parking in street lots or the surrounding garages. I recommend the Fenlon Square garage and enter directly on the second floor, which is super convenient! Definitely a Macy's card holder too for those extra perks!

Naomi at the MAC cosmetics counter, did an excellent job helping me find a new lipstick. I came in with some screenshots of the shade I was looking for, and she found exactly the right color. She sanitized the lipstick before having me try it on, which I appreciated. I find buying makeup stressful, but Naomi made it fun.

I'm not really a fan of Macy's because it's just too hard to shop there, so much looking around for the correct section, usually unkempt sections. Plus it's hard to find a good quality item for a decent price (unless you shop online!). We did decide to stop in to look at suits, and I was impressed by the men's suit section. It was a little hard to find what we were looking for because you don't know where one designer starts and the other ends. The graphic indication different styles, classic vs. fitted was helpful. We hoped to get a different fit from the back and waited for 30 minutes while someone went to the back to check. We didn't hear anything and the salesperson told us that the individual checking couldn't find anything and the back stockroom was a mess. So no luck on items if you don't already see it on the floor. We did however find a nice suit that fit for a decent price.

Well, finally! Went to Macy's and it was 1) staffed well. 2) organized and not a mess! This is a massive improvement. They still had a good selection of items, which for the forst week of December was surprising. I felt like I got good deals on my purchase as I came during a friends and family event so everything was 30% off. The only reason I gave a 3 star was for two things that occurred during the check out process. 1) the lady who rung me up took a phone call after starting my transaction. Someone that was motivated to walk into a brick and mortar store shouldnt have to have their transaction paused for a customer phoning in for a "possible" purchase. That sales clerk should have asked for his number and called him back after completing my transaction. 2) while the lady who began to ring me up and put me on pause was on the phone, the other sales clerk should of taken over my transaction. There was no team work. Instead, the second sales clerk scurried over to the cashmere sweaters station to shop for herself- as a customer she just processed had brought a purple sweater that she was interested in. Not the best customer service today, but hey-- the store was spotless and organized. The music was way too loud. That was a first in a long, long time.

    Makeup time!

We come to this Macy's exclusively for their makeup and jewelers counters. Adrienne is an avid Clinique user and the ladies at the counter are more friendly than other locations we had visited. They are super quick to drop what they are doing and help you out. They are always willing to let you try product and they always know what to give you based on what your skin needs. The jewelry counter is also a great place to visit if you are looking for something unique. Talk to Barb and let her know that I sent you over there! She has been helping me pick out fancy jewelry for Adrienne for the last two years. Over time she will figure out what your style is an actually suggest something that you might like! She is getting really good at it and she never forgets to invite us to special events. Hurrah!

    Sale price $19.99

Don't miss out on great deals at Macy's Backstage located on the 2nd floor. You'll be able to find great buys at a fraction of the regular price.

This is a huge macys and definitely lots to look at. Two stories of shopping. Less clearance than most stores. Good selection.

This one day sale sucked! And as Jason and Anastasia both pointed out Easton Macy doesn't compare to Lennox Macy!

The sale and staff were great. I will visit this location again. The only issue was the clearance shoes were a mess.

Their staff is not trained in fitting suits and it will be obvious when your pants are two sizes too big and six inches too short. The showroom employees have told me that they were unable to get a vest to fit me correctly because my "shoulders were too broad" and I don't "look like the mannequin". This coming from a store that makes "custom suits". I have suits off the rack at other stores that fit better, have higher quality fabric and cost much less. My bill was nearly $1k for a suit I never want to wear because of how bad it looks after multiple fittings with multiple team members at this store. The 6 weeks it takes to get a suit is for the store to send the order overseas to be made, this is what you are paying for. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

There were no signs saying "appointment only," the store was nearly empty, and yet the female associate acted like we were an inconvenience from the moment we walked in. She rolled her eyes when we said we didn't have an appointment, told us they were "booked solid" (which was not true -- I checked online and they had openings), and kept repeating answers with a condescending "got that? You got it now?" as if we were wasting her time. Her dismissive and rude attitude made it very clear she didn't want to help us. I almost called her out then and there because it was so obvious she was being rude on purpose. Instead, we walked out and went to Nordstrom, where we spent quite a bit and were treated with actual luxury customer service. I will never go back to Indochino and am now a loyal Nordstrom customer. One retail worker's arrogance and lack of basic respect cost Indochino not just a sale, but any chance of repeat business.

The prices match the nearby Marshall's and TJ Maxx, obviously. But you can find some deals. I always check out the pet area for treats and toys. You can also find Darn Tough socks sometimes. When I was in the outdoor industry and needed new gear, STP was one of the first websites I'd check for gear. Even when my wife was an employee at a competing outdoor retailer (where I got a discount) I was still shopping online at STP. When I found out they were building a brick and mortar store here in Columbus I was beyond thrilled! As it is part of the TJX companies it still means that the store is a gamble when it comes to brands and sizes found. However, it makes a great starting point as you can easily search their site to see if there are other sizes, colors, etc available. Don't have a tiny pocket computer (aka a smart phone)? There's no need to fret! In store they even have a kiosk where you can search their online stock. My only real dislike of the physical store is that as of right now they do not accept the countless coupons that come to my email address. This may change soon as an employee recently told me that they would start honoring them. Until then, I will still order the bulk of my purchases from the website so I can use the frequent STP coupons. With the store so close it's super easy to return to the store with no hassle. This is extremely helpful when ordering shoes online as some outdoor brands use variations of European sizing that allow for greater fit specification. Recently I ordered two pairs of a boot to see if they would work for my job. Having a low volume super narrow foot they did not but, with the painless returns it was no problem. I even lucked out and found the perfect pair in store!
