I was here looking for luggage & even with the sales I couldn't justify paying over $600 for a two-piece luggage set. Journeying over to the Jewelry Department & ended up being assisted by Vonnette, who was such a charm. As I guided her with gifts for the new addition to our family, there was no upselling on her behalf. After I completed my purchases & before I could request, Vonnette offered to gift wrap my purchases - complimentary. While wrapping took place, I made my way to the smell-good departments where Testers are still absent due to C-19, yet samples are happily offered. I returned for those mini gift boxes that were perfectly wrapped up, the boxes were more popular than the Easter Eggs. I experienced outgoing & welcoming customer service throughout the store, regardless of where I ended up shopping. Is it me or does Macy's offer sales on a continuum? Face masks required & the presence of Hand Sanitizers is everywhere.

Unbelievable mess. It's seriously heartbreaking how downhill Macy's has gone. Racks on racks of miss matched sizes styles. Piles of clothes that need to be returned to its proper place. Fitting room shut down with racks of crap in front of the doors so you can't get in. And the store needs to completely shut down until it can be organized and cleaned. If they can't find the staff to run the store open it only modified hours or something. The poor staff that is working are at their breaking point and they're embarrassed by their workplace. I was super kind to them and the lady started to cry because she's so frustrated. If they're going to shut the store down do so before Macys ruins its reputation any further than they are by keeping the store open. I worked in retail for years and it made me sick to my stomach to see how neglected it is. Seriously the only solution I can see is a temporary shut down in modified hours. I don't understand where all of these workers have gone now that the government isn't paying them to Sit on their butts and collect paychecks and stimulus checks. Please management do something and save the future of Macys

3 minutes after the doors opened. They don't care about customers at all.

The picture that goes with this review was taken 3 minutes after the store opened on Sunday, Feb 23 2020. I'm curious if anyone at Macy's thinks the store was cleaned before leaving the night before? Is the department manager still employed? Is the store manager still employed? What is their excuse for leaving their store in this condition? They obviously don't give a damn, but I'd love to hear their rationale as to why this was acceptable.

This is just a review of the toilets for Macy's. I was going to go to Starbucks to study but stop by here because I know Nordstrom has the best bathrooms. Well what if a mall doesn't have nordstrom! You go to Macy's. Bathroom is quiet got its private doors so you won't have to be embarrassed by the droplets of solid waste next to you. Toilet seat covers are provided. Toilet paper is very thin so you may wanna get double fold them. Doors look like the doors I have in my laundry room. They also play Selena Gomez which is nice. Her voice masks the sound of my droplets. I know in New Yorker, a toilet like this is considered a luxury.

This store has disappointed me several times. Staff isn't helpful, clothes are very disorganized and most of all the store is filthy dirty.

These stores will always be Casual Male to me…read more Even though this company is now far, far away from whatever the previous version of Casual Male stood for. The only thing that this company still has left over from it's previous iteration is the fact that whenever you walk in your besieged by annoying sales people whether you need their "help" or not. If you know where the North Point defunct Toys "R" Us store used to be, that's the shopping center that Casual Male was in for many, many years. This Yelp address is incorrect. Now you'll find that they are much further north on North Point Parkway. In front of target. They are in an out parcel in front of Target. I have not visited Casual Male since 2018 and I never realized that it left its previous location and "moved on up" to the "Big Leagues." That's translated into higher prices and less stock. The previous location had a variety of brands to fit many budgets including two or three racks of markdown items. Now in their tony new location all you're going to see are "Popular Name Brands" and no markdowns at all. It's very disappointing. But really doesn't matter because I don't tend to frequent this location very much (or ever again) because as mentioned, I have not sought them out since 2018...

I haven't been in a Tilly's store in many years. This Tilly's is in North Point Mall, on the second level. Tilly's has stayed consistent with keeping its target audience at the 30s and under age group, selling quality clothing for active lifestyles. As I entered the store, an employee was standing near the entrance greeting customers and tole me to let him know if I needed help looking for anything. The store is well organized and clean, with men's, women's and kids' clothing in separate departments. The shoe department is on the right near the entrance. Clearance racks in the back of the store near the middle feature closeout merchandise. I remember Tilly's as being the go to store for reasonably priced clothes. This isn't the case anymore, as prices are just too expensive, unless items are on sale, when the prices are still a little high.

I like the store and I like the items in the store. I would describe their stuff as sporty casual…read more Most of the items are geared towards teens and those in their 20's. From t-shirts to bedroom decor to gag gifts-they seem to be a one stop shop. The folks that work here have to work on their customer service a bit. The interaction that I had with the employee here was borderline rude. But I was in a good mood at the time so I brushed it off and just left. But I have no desire to ever return to this store again.... 1010th review 12/162017
