Yes, Frankie's Creamy Garlic is like crack to my taste buds. I love it! If you haven't tried it, and you like garlic, be forewarned that just one taste and you will be an addict. I have loved the creamy garlic salad dressing since Frankie used to make it at RJ's Pizza in Mableton! Since we were going all out I had a gravy biscuit, YUM! Then I splurged and had a key lime cupcake, my taste buds are happy! Spouse had the red velvet cupcake and loved it! Jessica and her staff are really friendly. We attended a wedding last weekend at Ambient+Studio, just south of downtown Atlanta. I thought the…read morewedding cake was excellent. My fiancee and I, who are in the throes of the wedding planning process ourselves, liked the cake so much that we asked the catering staff where the cake came from. A couple of the staff did not know, but they found out for us and told us it was Pine Cone Bakery. We've been working for over a year now with our wedding planner, have gone to cake tastings, and also discussed wedding planning with our engaged friends, and neither of us nor our planner had heard of Pine Cone (to my surprise). The serving of cake I had was strawberry buttercream. It had just the right amount of sweetness (for me, I tend to like sweeter, richer cakes), the perfect amount of icing, terrific icing consistency (soft, creamy, luscious), and the cake itself was wonderfully moist. I really enjoyed it. My fiancee got seconds. I would've gotten seconds too, but I've been on a diet. Not only did the cake taste great, but it looked beautiful too. We already signed a contract and submitted a deposit with a different vendor before discovering Pine Cone, but that's okay. We're very happy with our current vendor. I gave Katie a couple of ideas and our color ways and I did not expect the beautiful icing covered art work. I honestly was so sad to cut into it because it was so perfect. But once we did, the guests even asked for cake to take home. I must admit, that even though I am not a cake person (I don't like wet icing on dry spongey cake if that makes sense) but I had to try this delight. We did chocolate batter and strawberry filling which katie makes it fresh.... girrrrllll let me tell you I'm about to order another cake because my mouth is watering as I try to describe the heavenly taste and texture of her cake.
