I would never get a home through Keller Williams ever. The past few years have been nothing but nightmare given I keep getting text messages for "Eric" looking for a home. Regardless of who I message back or call back, the phone calls and messages continue with another agent with a different number. I have blocked multiple but still get more. I am on the verge of driving up there and physically having to show up to iron this out. Please leave me alone. I am not Eric and I do not want to buy a home from you guys. Lance was the agent for 2 potential buyers interested in our condo and we almost declined his second clients offer simply due to the fact that Lance was involved. The entire process was riddled with errors and missteps.. From numerous critical errors in the official documents and paperwork to a terrible home inspector who had made several errors which further delayed the process and nearly resulted in the canceling of the contract on our part. Our realtor also received emails from Lance making requests to buy all of our furniture and bedding with the sale of our condo. Even after all the inspections and conditions were completed and paperwork were signed on our part, Lance and his team went 2 days past the closing date which resulted in us paying an extra $300 in interest and fees, and when our realtor attempted to contact Lance about the extra expenses, our phone calls were ignored. I would recommend not using Lance in the selling or purchasing of a home,

We will be taking our money elsewhere and I hope it was worth it for an hour of parking. Absolutely ridiculous employee that cares about herself rather than business or human compassion.
