Update: After I left the previous comment I've had more surprises pop up from damage that was done…read moreto my car. My car is a 13 year old car, but it didn't have a red interior that was "sun damaged" when dropped off. My driver seat didn't break because it was a 2010 car. I never dropped the car off with a broken driver seat . FYI In order to adjust the seats you touch the buttons on the door not the chair itself. This would be known to techs that work on Mercedes regularly. When you mentioned that I never came in for a smoke smell, of course I didn't. When I mentioned the smoke smell you told me "oh that's a problem". Yet it wasn't even addressed. That's real safe. I also didn't come in for all the problems that were created to my car like a slow start up when originally my car had a strong start up prior to being worked on. My fuel gauge was also working and I was able to tell how much gas I had in my tank. After you replaced my fuel pump I was losing a significant amount of gas which was displayed by the gas gauge and I called you on my drive to work to complain about the problem. That same day I smelled the smoke smell and my car almost didn't start up to get back home. I had just gotten my car from you the day prior. I dropped off my car for you to " fix the fuel gauge" and now the problem was worse than the second time. How does my car get worse every time it gets worked on at your shop. When someone fixes something it's supposed to fix the problem not create new ones that weren't there upon drop off. Go ahead tell me that it's all because it's a 2010 car. My car was in great shape and running great prior to being dropped off and worked on at your shop. Since my last previous review my car now sounds like something is loose when you start it up. As each day unfolds day by day new problems pop up after you guys worked on it. I recommend you get techs who are skilled in Mercedes Benz before they work on them, you're only damaging them if not. The amount of ways that all of this has ruined my life is in more ways than I care to write about on here.

I told the guy on the phone I needed someone quickly. He got someone to me in 10 minutes. I thought I was going to be in trouble not having AAA but this was a better situation altogether. They were personable and able to accomodate me very quickly. I am writing to formally report a deeply disturbing and dangerous incident involving the individual…read morepictured below, who appears to be operating a tow truck on behalf of your company. Without any provocation, this individual verbally assaulted me and then attempted to ram my vehicle. The situation escalated further when he deliberately positioned his tow truck in front of my car, using it to intimidate and threaten me. He proceeded to move the tow platform toward my vehicle in a manner that strongly suggested an intent to strike it. The entire encounter was alarming and left me shaken. At no point was his behavior justified or appropriate. I remain uncertain as to his exact intentions, whether he intended to damage my vehicle, force entry, or otherwise harm me, but his actions were aggressive, erratic, and posed a clear safety risk. This incident occurred in the CVS parking lot located at 375 Queen Anne Road in Teaneck. Conduct of this nature is completely unacceptable, particularly from someone entrusted with operating a large commercial vehicle on public streets. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate it promptly. No one should have to experience this level of intimidation or danger.

Highway patrol required us to be towed us to an abandoned Sears parking lot (at OUR EXPENSE $500.00!) in a very sketchy area. Uhaul didnt even return our calls. The only help we had, was from Rob at CES. He got us towed to his lot and advocated for us to get a new truck, transfer of contents & a place to sleep. Uhaul was totally unbothered about us being stranded with 2 kids a cat a dog & a hamster with a truck containing all of our possessions thousands of miles from our destination. Without Rob and CES we would still be sitting in that lot. I am forever grateful to CES. I strongly recommend this business.
