I recieved and email stating that i would be contacted by their staff to finish the process, i was never contacted. In fact i tried calling them and was placed on an automated hold and then asked to leave a voicemail which was never returned. when i showed up on saturday morning at 10am to move in, there wasn't an office on site and when i called again was told to leave a vm. my daughter needed to be moved out by noon and after an hour of waiting we rented with a different facility in town. 3 hours later I finally received a call back saying that they were ready to finalize my rental, HA. i explained that i needed the unit prior to noon and would no longer need their service to which they insisted that they were still going to be charging me for holding the unit. i advised of the poor service and communication i received from them and she said "sorry but you still have to pay even though we failed to meet your service expectations". If this is the service that the provide prior to renting a unit i would hate to see what the service is once you actually have one. spend a couple dollars more and use a different company

The lot is full.of holes.and cracks so it's a tight fit between his yard and the farthest crater. They have so.much crime with drugs , theft, and squatters.that.they constantly called police to.watch me and to report i was there too.much. they started assuming i.stayed all.night when my car was just outside til.i organized thr unit to. Fit.my.car in. And when i.kept it.inside abd got it thr next morning they. Still assumed i.was one of the criminals who.use it to.live in and or their place to engage in drugs actively. I had police there watching for over a week and then they.stsrted reporting me to police and they Came several more times to.the unit. I tried to get.abother location before i. Moved becaus the abusive ex i had left.was Less than 2 blocks away and they refused it. And he was able to latch the door trapping me and I was stuck In there more than 18 hours. And I was evicted for staying that night and another I was a victim of domestic violence again and I told the police I can't drive at night so I had to go to my unit and the police said OK. They called police again and the maintain guy with them.told me i.had 24 hours to.get what.i.could and be off their property or I'd be arrested . I was taken by a police social worker to.a motel and spent.the night. I got to. Storage after 10 because of the 3 interviews required to.get in the shelter. I.started.packing.the little i could and by 1pm.they.sent police to.me AGAIN accusing me of staying all night. Amd i Had to.explain again that.i.did not and have.the social worker tell.them she took me to.a motel the niggt before. I.only had til 4pm to get my stuff. Not.one time did they CALL ME. just.called police to.keep.harassing.me. i.have an avao, very small. So i left so.much.i.couldnt.get.out by.4. I.was there less than.3 weeks total before threated to get.out or be arrested. Not to mention the heavy.damaged.doors thst bruised my.arms.and pulled my. Neck, shoulder and wrist so.i was injured during this whole time too. Abd their doors will fall.suddenly.right on you with no warning or stopping til it hits you so keep Children back. I love just being able to walk in and hand off my package, no waiting in line or needing a receipt, just a friendly "dropping off?" and "you can set it there" and off I go. I also mail out cookies to my grandparents every Christmas and have often used Copy Pack Post to send them out. Only had one mishap (not on their end--Colorado postal worker left the package on the ground next to the mailbox instead of taking it to the door and animals got to it), but they were great about helping file a claim.

Run from this company! I called a few companies for estimates on what I strongly suspected to be…read moretermites on my property and this company hands down was the worst and most expensive. I do not recall being told there was a fee for the inspection, as all other companies did their inspection for free and their website says "FREE ESTIMATES". But, at the end of the appointment, I was presented a bill for $95. My jaw dropped and I explained this was a surprise to me. She said I didn't have to pay it at the time. I called the office and got some really indirect answers to my very direct questions. In short, after pinning the gal down for an answer, she said estimates are free but inspections cost money and that can be applied toward the bill if I decide to go with them. I explained they were the most expensive and I would not be going with them. She said she'd have the owner call me to discuss the charge. Come to find out, it was the owner that did the house call and she didn't address it on the spot when I brought it up. She didn't call me back so I assumed it was handled. A follow-up bill came in the mail a few weeks later. Much to my surprise, I made another call and asked to speak with the owner again. The office gal seemed really under confident and said she'd have her call me. Again she didn't. I received another bill in the mail with interest. This time I wrote a very nice letter explaining there had been a miscommunication and I'd like to discuss the bill. No response. Another bill came with more finance charges. I called and asked if that was their response to my letter, or if it was sent automatically. She said the owner would call. No call. So here I sit with a bill for over $100 with gaining interest which I did not approve, nor sign for. I am not able to get a call back from management or any response, just mounting statements with bigger finance charges. A little communication would go a long way.

TLDR: Horrible experience. I booked their service for a…read morewhole house clean out 10 days in advance. I sent pictures, talked to a rep about the size of this job. The night before the service was scheduled they still hadn't assigned a person to do the work. I had a 2 hour drive to the property, so I suggested we just continue looking for someone and postpone the service until they could find someone. They wanted to charge me a 50% fee to cancel- because they hadn't found anyone. They assured me they would have someone but they were having trouble getting someone with 2 trucks. I drove to the house the next day- the service window was from 9 to noon. I called multiple times, no one assigned on the website and no one showed up. They wanted to extend the service time to 8 pm. And when I again said lets just look for another day they wanted to charge me a 100% fee for cancelling- CANCELLING WHAT? So they found someone to do it the next day. I drove back and a guy shows up with just himself and 1 truck. He showed me a couple of pictures of what he was suppose to pick up. It was only a small percentage of what I had shown pictures of and what I had discussed that needed to be picked up. I assisted him in the clean out of as much as we could get in one truck and I hired someone else to finish the job. Their cancellation fee is ridiculous and I'm sure the reviews on their website are all edited. My review on their site is not visible.
