When he did come back the effort made on the potential entry points was minimal and in some areas did not completely block the holes. In the end I spent over $750 and it was worthless.

I collected quotes from several local pest control companies, and selected D & R Pest Control not only because they were the most competitively priced, but also thanks to how professional they were. They collected my name and contact info over the phone, then emailed me their appointment confirmation, and they even got the inspection completed within the short window of time that I provided them. Once the inspection was complete, they emailed the report to me and I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough it was! They explained what they found and detailed the areas they weren't able to check very thoroughly for various reasons like permanent furniture structures being in the way. Hopefully I'll never need to treat our home for pests, but if such an unpleasant day ever comes along, I know I'll return to D&R.
