When I call him yesterday, he knew exactly what was wrong and brought the correct parts with him! He did a nice clean installation! He said that Whirlpool has a bad design, but won't admit the problem - he just installs the repair kit which takes care of the problem. Anyway Steve is great to work with and does a fine job!

I highly recommend this company! They arrived right on time, worked quickly to remove a mountain of…read morewet trash and debris from a garage, basement and yard, and even sanitized the floors when they were finished. They accommodated additional bags of trash that weren't in the original estimate for a very reasonable fee. This was such an ugly job that I was embarrassed to ask someone to do it, but Roman and his crew tackled it in no time. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could!

I love the convenience this place offers. And everyone I've worked with has been super helpful and…read morevery friendly. I order a lot from Amazon and that means I have to return things from time to time. I love just being able to walk in and hand off my package, no waiting in line or needing a receipt, just a friendly "dropping off?" and "you can set it there" and off I go. I also mail out cookies to my grandparents every Christmas and have often used Copy Pack Post to send them out. Only had one mishap (not on their end--Colorado postal worker left the package on the ground next to the mailbox instead of taking it to the door and animals got to it), but they were great about helping file a claim.

TLDR: Horrible experience. I booked their service for a…read morewhole house clean out 10 days in advance. I sent pictures, talked to a rep about the size of this job. The night before the service was scheduled they still hadn't assigned a person to do the work. I had a 2 hour drive to the property, so I suggested we just continue looking for someone and postpone the service until they could find someone. They wanted to charge me a 50% fee to cancel- because they hadn't found anyone. They assured me they would have someone but they were having trouble getting someone with 2 trucks. I drove to the house the next day- the service window was from 9 to noon. I called multiple times, no one assigned on the website and no one showed up. They wanted to extend the service time to 8 pm. And when I again said lets just look for another day they wanted to charge me a 100% fee for cancelling- CANCELLING WHAT? So they found someone to do it the next day. I drove back and a guy shows up with just himself and 1 truck. He showed me a couple of pictures of what he was suppose to pick up. It was only a small percentage of what I had shown pictures of and what I had discussed that needed to be picked up. I assisted him in the clean out of as much as we could get in one truck and I hired someone else to finish the job. Their cancellation fee is ridiculous and I'm sure the reviews on their website are all edited. My review on their site is not visible.
