I brought this to their attention once, received a generic response, but so far, no action. The snow around the entrance gate is packed into ice and risky to walk on. Even getting to the keypad is not convenient. I've noticed the other storage facilities around Macomb plow their compounds for their customers. I would encourage anyone looking for a storage facility to look elsewhere.

I love just being able to walk in and hand off my package, no waiting in line or needing a receipt, just a friendly "dropping off?" and "you can set it there" and off I go. I also mail out cookies to my grandparents every Christmas and have often used Copy Pack Post to send them out. Only had one mishap (not on their end--Colorado postal worker left the package on the ground next to the mailbox instead of taking it to the door and animals got to it), but they were great about helping file a claim.
