The night before the service was scheduled they still hadn't assigned a person to do the work. I had a 2 hour drive to the property, so I suggested we just continue looking for someone and postpone the service until they could find someone. They wanted to charge me a 50% fee to cancel- because they hadn't found anyone. They assured me they would have someone but they were having trouble getting someone with 2 trucks. I drove to the house the next day- the service window was from 9 to noon. I called multiple times, no one assigned on the website and no one showed up. They wanted to extend the service time to 8 pm. And when I again said lets just look for another day they wanted to charge me a 100% fee for cancelling- CANCELLING WHAT? So they found someone to do it the next day. I drove back and a guy shows up with just himself and 1 truck. He showed me a couple of pictures of what he was suppose to pick up. It was only a small percentage of what I had shown pictures of and what I had discussed that needed to be picked up. I assisted him in the clean out of as much as we could get in one truck and I hired someone else to finish the job. Their cancellation fee is ridiculous and I'm sure the reviews on their website are all edited. My review on their site is not visible.

I just got it back yesterday(4/17/23) and honestly it performed better than when it was new. I was amazed at how smooth it cut (new blade) and easily it took on the tall spotty grass. Every time we call you say you are waiting for parts (and we didn't even call for the first time until 3 weeks in). I was called about ordering a (1) part on March 24. I know it's called "snail mail" for a reason but the Pony Express could have had it there by now. Then, when my wife called to inquire earlier this week and again you said "waiting for parts" she became frustrated and asked you what was really going on. You told her we had all winter to bring it in. Her answer? It was broken just following the near tornado we had so it didn't need to be brought in over the winter. But thanks for trying to blame us for your incompetence. Then you said if my wife didn't have you on the phone they could get more work done, as if the lady on the phone had put down her tools and stopped working on our mower to answer the phone. Not ONCE did we hear any words to the effect of "I'm sorry but the work on your mower is going to take longer than we expected." Instead we were met with blame and crappy attitude. When I said to the man behind the counter "we won't be back" he replied by laughing and saying "okay." Your customer service is horrible and all of this could have been avoided if you had just told us something like "we're sorry it's taking so long." So now I'm going to let all my friends know how terribly you treated us, how rude you were to my wife and how last year you charged me $107 for a belt that I can't find anywhere on the Web for more than $73. I will rate you poorly on every website I can find and I may just make a bumper sticker that says "I WAS SCREWED BY ALL ABOUT MOWERS." I do not recall being told there was a fee for the inspection, as all other companies did their inspection for free and their website says "FREE ESTIMATES". But, at the end of the appointment, I was presented a bill for $95. My jaw dropped and I explained this was a surprise to me. She said I didn't have to pay it at the time. I called the office and got some really indirect answers to my very direct questions. In short, after pinning the gal down for an answer, she said estimates are free but inspections cost money and that can be applied toward the bill if I decide to go with them. I explained they were the most expensive and I would not be going with them. She said she'd have the owner call me to discuss the charge. Come to find out, it was the owner that did the house call and she didn't address it on the spot when I brought it up. She didn't call me back so I assumed it was handled. A follow-up bill came in the mail a few weeks later. Much to my surprise, I made another call and asked to speak with the owner again. The office gal seemed really under confident and said she'd have her call me. Again she didn't. I received another bill in the mail with interest. This time I wrote a very nice letter explaining there had been a miscommunication and I'd like to discuss the bill. No response. Another bill came with more finance charges. I called and asked if that was their response to my letter, or if it was sent automatically. She said the owner would call. No call. So here I sit with a bill for over $100 with gaining interest which I did not approve, nor sign for. I am not able to get a call back from management or any response, just mounting statements with bigger finance charges. A little communication would go a long way.

I order a lot from Amazon and that means I have to return things from time to time. I love just being able to walk in and hand off my package, no waiting in line or needing a receipt, just a friendly "dropping off?" and "you can set it there" and off I go. I also mail out cookies to my grandparents every Christmas and have often used Copy Pack Post to send them out. Only had one mishap (not on their end--Colorado postal worker left the package on the ground next to the mailbox instead of taking it to the door and animals got to it), but they were great about helping file a claim.
