The Pickle Jar up top. The Brisket and Pork combo on the bottom.
Todd L.

We grabbed some lunch while we were at O'Dell Brewery. We ordered the Pickle Jar and the Brisket/Pork combo. The mac-n-cheese portion of the meals were disappointing. The cheese was not"cheesy" enough and lacked that strong cheesy bite. I guess we like our cheese a bit more rich and creamy. The Pickled Jar had picked veggies. Not sure if they pickled the veggies themselves, but the were nice and bright. The brisket had a nice smokey taste to it while the pork was nicely cooked. We were surprised they used corn flakes as crumbled crunch (this is what we think it was). It was odd to have the crunch instead of creating a crust with cheese. I would not go out of my way for a bowl of their mac. Cheers Always!

Mac n cheese!

Wow this mac n cheese was the perfect pairing for our beer at Odell! Super friendly, contactless payment, and fast. Whatever crunchy topping she put on top of the Mac n cheese was so good!

Pro-tip: add bacon

I visited Fort Collins on a stupid rainy, cold week. Luckily, I stumbled upon this beautiful blue truck peddling hot, fresh, cheesy, gooey, wonderful mac'n cheese. The"spicy swine" was piled with jalapeños (hot ones!) and a ton of bacon, and was so ridiculously cheesy. And! They had spicy Serrano sauce and a sweet date BBQ sauce that were perfect on top. Despite this stupid, stupid weather, I might just move to Fort Collins and get my Mac on.

Check it out; you know you want some Mac and Cheese!

Super delicious Mac n' cheese. We got the pork green chili mac- yes it is Mac + cheese + green chili pork + bacon and you want it! It is perfect along the beer tasting adventure. Also, Vaughn was really friendly and had a smile. Check out the blue truck and get your Mac on!

Mac with lobster

Food truck of deliciousness. Saw them at New Belgium brewery and ordered a couple macs. Size wise, it's pretty filling. We ordered one lobster Mac and one swine Mac. The lobster was really good. The added corn was a new twist. The swine was good and full of bacon.

In the midst of brewery hopping we needed a little sustenance. Chefrey's Cheesesteaks was parked on…read morethe New Belgium grounds, which we quickly spotted to place an order. Known for their cheesesteaks and loaded fries, I opted for an order of the Andy Chuck's Steak Tots which featured seasoned grilled steak, peppers, onions stacked on top of 1/2 lb of tots (fries or chips are also available) smothered with melted cheese. What's not to love? After discovering they were out of fries and tots, we settle on the same order, but over chips. What I did not expect was tortilla chips, creating more of a cheesesteak nachos style, but the chips made for a good crunch and not the typical soggy mess that tends to happen with smothered fries or tots. I was a little disappointed in the steak and cheese though, as the steak was chopped fine with the consistency of ground beef and the cheese wasn't freshly melted cheese, but more of a queso base cheese. Portion was pretty small for $12, but gave us just the amount of light sustenance we needed before making our way to another brewery. When stumbling upon this truck again, I think I'll stick to trying one of their sandwiches.

Mmmm-k friends, we need to talk.....I had one of these in downtown Loveland and I can't stop…read morethinking about it because it was AMAZING!!! I had the chilly Philly cheese steak and WOWZA....it was the most flavor packed spicy deliciousness of all times. I am slightly annoyed bc I can't seem to figure out how to track these food trucks and their whereabouts! (I would literally drive anywhere for one...even right now)
