So probably not an entirely fair assessment. I'm vegan and ordered the beyond meat burger. I said…read moreno bacon, but did not specify no cheese. Totally my fault. But here's the rub. I'm in sales and it's critically important that I listen to my customers. If I pick up something like ordering a plant based burger, I would ask the next question...are you vegan or vegetarian? True, I should know better...but was not thinking. I threw it away and left. I could not complain because I did not specify. But maybe next time I'll do better..AND maybe as a business owner they will care enough to ask!

I stopped by when it was parked at New Belgium and ordered the shishito peppers, karaage cauliflower and smoked Szechuan brisket tacos. They gave me a buzzer to take with me and a few minutes later, I was back at my table with a hefty meal. The shishito peppers were deliciously blistered and tender, with a lemony aioli accompaniment. The tacos were good, but a little bit lacking in the flavor I've come to expect from these trucks. The karaage cauliflower though.... HOT DAMN. They're very oily, but the Szechuan pepper chili sauce was wonderfully numbing to the tongue and jumping out with flavor. I would've gotten another serving if I wasn't so stuffed. Highly recommend giving this truck a try since they have a fun rotating menu and speedy service!

In the midst of brewery hopping we needed a little sustenance. Chefrey's Cheesesteaks was parked on…read morethe New Belgium grounds, which we quickly spotted to place an order. Known for their cheesesteaks and loaded fries, I opted for an order of the Andy Chuck's Steak Tots which featured seasoned grilled steak, peppers, onions stacked on top of 1/2 lb of tots (fries or chips are also available) smothered with melted cheese. What's not to love? After discovering they were out of fries and tots, we settle on the same order, but over chips. What I did not expect was tortilla chips, creating more of a cheesesteak nachos style, but the chips made for a good crunch and not the typical soggy mess that tends to happen with smothered fries or tots. I was a little disappointed in the steak and cheese though, as the steak was chopped fine with the consistency of ground beef and the cheese wasn't freshly melted cheese, but more of a queso base cheese. Portion was pretty small for $12, but gave us just the amount of light sustenance we needed before making our way to another brewery. When stumbling upon this truck again, I think I'll stick to trying one of their sandwiches.

This is Native American food. I was excited to see this food truck. The only other restaurant I've…read moreencountered with fry bread tacos is in Denver, not related to this one. They must be relatively new, their Facebook page started in December, 2025, and reviews on their website are all from this year. We encountered them at an art exhibit outside in downtown Longmont, near 350 Terry Street, yesterday. The owner handed me a small sample of their fry bread. OMG, delicious! So, I ordered their mini tacos. One was veggie, one was bean, and one was beef. Whatever seasoning they use is very good. My husband and I shared it. It wasn't quite enough for us both, but we enjoyed it, and I'd order their big taco next time. I haven't tried the dessert tacos, but next time I probably will. The Facebook reviews mention the dessert as being very good. Just to be specific, there isn't a classification for Native American food here on Yelp. When I tried "taco," it assumed Mexican, but it's not. There are similarities, but fry bread is Native American-specific. It's a food truck, so it's mobile. They seem to land in Longmont regularly, but check their Facebook page, it's the only way I can see their location. I will definitely look for them again.
