The chai was appropriately strong - the spicy chai is made with soy milk, but the tea was rich enough that I didn't really pick up on the soy flavour. I could tell it was proper chai and not something made from a packaged concentrate. I wish I lived in Fort Collins so I could come here all the time!

These aren't your super-thick, pudgy, crumble-style cookies -- they're closer to a normal thickness, but about six inches in diameter. The selection is really good. It's not just your standard chocolate chip and sugar cookies -- they had all sorts of combinations, including cookie sandwiches with filling. In fact, we enjoyed them so much the first day that we went back the next day for more. They also have day-old cookies on discount, cookies in the freezer, and it looks like they do birthday cookies as well. Peanut butter dipped in dark chocolate -- fine. My wife really liked it -- it's one of her favorite cookies. I thought the peanut butter taste could've been a little stronger. The cookie was moist and not bland, it just could've been a touch better. Turtle cookie -- one of my top 20 cookies of all time. This is actually why I went back the next day -- to get another one. It hit every mark: the right amount of sweetness, the right amount of crunch, the right amount of gooeyness.
