I had Shelly today, again kind and a good thing, she speaks good English so no communication issues. I chose an hour as is normal, good price, great massage! Shelly is very professional in her session, asks about pressure and carries on relaxing conversation when I prompted it. As a golfer, she found the problems in my back immediately and focused on those. Super talented masseuse and finished with a wonderful foot massage which had me floating out of there! A must visit in K- Zoo!

My mom really wanted a Thai massage ever since she had one while visiting me in LA. So while I was…read morein town during the holidays, I thought I could try to find a spot that can do it so she can get regular massages. The few places I called around did not specialize or have anyone that can do it. I appreciated the honesty. When I called this place, they said yes, they do Thai massages. So great, I booked an appointment for her, but went with 60 minutes just in case it wasn't great. I have to say that pulling up to the building made me want to turn around and skip the appointment. But my mom wanted to push forward so we went in. The inside is a bit more welcoming, but still, it didn't feel right. The lady that did the massage and greeted us had a hard time understanding our questions. We had to repeat 60 minutes and I had to confirm it's a Thai massage with very firm pressure. She was confused then said yes. That didn't leave me with a lot of confidence. Nevertheless, I left my mom for her massage and came back within an hour. She told us that it was the worst massage she has ever had and that she repeatedly asked for firmer pressure but possibly due to her lack of skill and understanding, it went unchanged. I should have listened to the Yelp reviews and not the Google reviews.

My physician recommended treatments for muscle spasms across my upper back area. The space is very clean and well thought out. Her table was nice and warm and felt great on a very cold January day....as for her work, my wife is much better versed than I on the finer points of the craft, and she felt it was excellent...as did I albeit from a novice perspective. We highly recommend NH and I would also say that scheduling well in advance is important as I am sure this is a busy practice, especially during the summer season.
