I'm a skeptic when it comes to chiropractic. I've done it in the past with minimal results. However, I'm now a believer in Peak Performance Chiropractic! I experienced a bulging disc last Fall - and did chiropractic, injections, etc... and was looking at surgery to find true relief. 3 months ago, I had another setback and the injury worsened. Then, my sister recommended Peak Performance. Reluctantly, I went - but I was miserable and needed a solution. I AM SO GLAD I DID. When I first went - I was incredibly doubtful this was going to work... innovative NASA technology, and the adjustment procedure was so simple and pain free - I thought for sure I was signing up for some medical "quackery". In my 30+ years, I have always been a skeptic to the effectiveness and legitimacy of chiropractic care. I believe most of this stems from mis-information and lack of information on what chiropractors actually do and treat. Peak Performance does a comprehensible job of explaining chiropractic care in terms I could understand and were not all "doom & gloom" like their competition. The information and care is practical and life changing. Furthermore, the team at Peak is as professional and personal as they come. I always feel welcomed and taken care of when I walk in the front door. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly. The doctors always go above and beyond to make sure I am at my peak health. I suffered with acid reflux for almost 4 years. Everything bothered my stomach and I was taking a strong prescription. When I started at Peak Performance Chiropractic I did not realize the connection between nerves and your body. As a couple of months went by of getting regular adjustments I started realizing that my acid reflux was getting better and better. After about 4 or 5 months months I was off my prescriptions and able to eat almost anything and everything without suffering. This was HUGE for me. After telling Dr. Mike about my acid reflux success story he was like "What?! You didn't even tell me that you were suffering from acid reflux.." I have all great things to say about I-Chiro, starting with the smile and friendly acknowledgement when I walk in the door. I've been getting massages for a while for tension in my shoulders, back and neck area. I've gone to several different massage clinics, but I keep coming back to I-Chiro. Julie has done an excellent job on working the affected areas. She has worked the areas differently and with gentler hands than others, especially my neck area. She has explained the source of my aggravation and how all the muscles work together creating the tightness in several areas. She gave me several exercises to do in order to help alleviate the tightness between massages. She confirmed that the trigger point class would be very beneficial for me to attend, although I have yet to find a date that works for me. She and her team seems to genuinely care for me as a person and for the problems that I've been experiencing. read more

I have had a life-time of headaches, neck pain & back aches. I have indulged in a massage once or twice a month for several years thinking that it helped me relax. I have seen various chiropractors since I was very young. The old style manual adjustment was very hard for my back and most especially my neck. I LOVE the computerized adjustments I get at Peak Performance. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I recently started using the Isagenix weight loss program that is offered by them. In the 9 day cleanse that I did I lost an amazing 13 pounds!! I was floored. I've struggled with my weight all my life and medical problems have made it even harder. This was so easy. The shakes are super yummy and the cleanse product very easy on your system. I love it! I am going to continue with the shakes and can't wait to see how much weight I can lose by the end of summer! I was having issues with knots in my back do to stress. My wife booked the appointment for me. I was a little bit nerves, especially when I pulled into the parking lot and saw that it was in a strip mall. I went in and was greeted with a smile, it was nice, clean and modern. Morgan came out and introduced herself as the person that would be doing my message. Morgan took time to understand my issues and then to explain the message process. I thought I'd give this place a try because of a deal on groupon. Due to some overworked muscles I've had some reoccurring numbness and tingling in my hands that last for months at a time. I explained the issue to the massage therapist and he knew exactly where to start. He did a great job of explaining the muscles that this type of problem originates from and even gave me some stretches to try at home. The massage was great! It was very targeted at my problem areas. I was expecting more of a spa like massage but this was much better. I would highly recommend giving the sports massage a try. read more

I have gone to several local Chiropractors and had varying degrees of success. At Peak, I have followed their recommended schedule of care and I am now after just 2 months off a Migraine Med. That I had to take Nightly and it made me loopy. Additionally I still have 1 RX for a Migraine Med to take IF I get one. I have not had to fill the prescription in over a month. The staff here is friendly, helpful and the Doctors are Great. It's easy to get to and they work around my very busy schedule. I had been going to Peak for about a month for massage therapy on my shoulder, Julie suggested I should see the chiropractor, not really knowing a lot about chiropractors I declined. After about 3 or 4 more massages she insisted I see them and gave me a free voucher for my first visit. Several years ago I went to a Chiroprator for maintance adjustments until I continuely received improper adjusted. This cause me to stop my adjustments that I knew I needed .
