It was so loud and chaotic and the PT had the door open so I asked for it to be shut so I could hear him. He asked me what my doctor had gone over with me on what to expect before the surgery. I told him. He reiterated those same things. I asked a few basic questions that he couldn't help me with, like as a female how do I go to the bathroom and what side should I get into and out of bed if it is my left hip being replaced. It lasted 35 minutes and they charges me $561. I left there and went next door to Hulst Jepsen. Got personal immediate attention, it was quiet, and they charged me half for the same appointment. DO NOT Recommend!!!

Always helpful and willing to listen to me. Then there is the gang upstairs that work on the many problems I have. Zach, Nick (tall), and Patrick are really great at what they do. I also have worked with Anna, Carolyn, and others and all of them are very knowledgeable. The front desk with Aubrey and Keshia are so fantastic. It really showed how great and helpful they are when patients had to check in with the very impersonal kiosk. So glad that is gone and we are back to having "live" help at the desk. So much more efficient! I really enjoy going to therapy at CPR because of the great people working there and how knowledgeable they are!

Quick and convenient, however: Daughter was seen for an…read moreinjured foot. The PAC provided a boot by DJOglobal (djoglobal.com) now called Enovis. It didn't fit well and caused bruising of her upper calf. The sports med tried to pad it but it still hurt her. We went to DeVos Pediatric Orthopedic Services. They provided a correct boot (not from DJO). We contacted DJO but they said it was outside the 14 day satisfaction period so we had to pay for the boot. Orthopedic Urgent Care uses DJO to bill for all equipment. Expect bills from DJO/Enovis and from SHMG. DJO is overpriced and in two experiences, neither were a good fit. This is our second issue with DJO equipment.

After my first visit with him, he recommended MRI scans as well as a back brace. Only to wait a month for them to get the authorization in for my insurance. And what is worse is that I reached out to them multiple times asking for updates and it always goes to voicemail. It is as if they are ignoring my calls. Ive also left multiple voicemails to call back and Ive only gotten one call back. Also after getting in touch with my insurance they informed me that there has been no request for authorization from them about the back brace. So not only did they lie saying they submitted it but also lied saying that we were waiting for insurance authorization. In all honestly after waiting so long I have decided I will not be returning due to the inconvenience. I would also not recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Vasiu does not take time to listen to his clients. He constantly talks and does not give you time to respond or express your own concerns. I would not recommend this place and insist on looking elsewhere.

He suggested a minimally invasive surgery instead, which I decided to go with. I had a full ACL replacement but was back on the court in just 4 months. I was able to play the entire season this year with virtually no pain or issues. I worked hard during recovery, but his expertise made all the difference. Highly recommend him for anyone facing surgery especially ACL related.

I spent 45 minutes talking to "Doc", not getting much information about what they would do for me other than giving me a wedge for my shoe (which I can do myself). Then, I was asked if I could commit to 1.5hours 3 time per week for the next 7 weeks. I'm not sure how anyone with a job and family can do this... so of course I said no. He proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me, shook my hand and walked me out the door. Waste of time and money.

I asked why and they said so I could do paperwork. She gave me an iPad to fill out my medical history on which took 2 minutes, when I brought it back she said "well we will still have to check if they can see you", mind you my appointment time hadn't even started yet. Was called back 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, nurse that brought me back did not confirm date of birth, and when I waited for the Dr. (for another 15 minutes) the door to their office was cracked open and I could hear everything they were talking about relating to other patients. Dr. did not even introduce herself, told me they did not have enough time to do my procedure and sent me on my way. Respectfully it was a very bad experience.

Dr. Briana David has listened well, adjusted care to my needs, and kept me on my feet! She has responded to questions sent via their portal in a timely manner, and the communication with multiple staff ahead of my surgery went well. I also have appreciated the office staff. Yes, there are wait times but I haven't experienced anything beyond what is typical for any doctor's office. Truth is there is only so much any doctor can do, the rest is under nature and your control. Arthritis/neuromas will occur. But if you follow the doctor's instructions you can slow the progression (to some degree) and definitely aid in your recovery. Your shoes may not look pretty (though styles are improving) but it's a small price to pay to keep walking. I wish I had seen a podiatrist much earlier.

Jeff, my therapist is terrific. He explained his treatments after listening to me, and answered all of my questions. As we progressed I was impressed with the changes in treatment paired with my progress. I got to them because my big time hospital group didn't have time for me.
