I have been given a instructions on how to help myself with stretches and a little foam neck support. It turn out that i have a neck issue that causes the back issue. Nobody else noticed this. PROPS AGAIN to HEATH Dr. Heath turned out to be a bit of a comedian also. He makes jokes and has a fun time while he checks your alignment and then the majestic adjustment and you feel great. I don't believe in magic but some people have talent. I wont say that my neck and back are anywhere near fixed, but i am a new patient and i expect that he will get me there soon. I explained why I made the appointment, what pains I had, what issues I thought were causing the headaches, etc. He had answers for all of my questions. I'm very detail oriented so I appreciated how he explained what the muscles or bones were doing when the problems occur and what the course of action would be to correct them. This was roughly 10 months ago, since then my wife and I both average 2 visits a month because we feel so much better after being realigned. However, after an auto accident with whiplash in 2020...Dr. Angel assured me the whiplash would go away with consistency ...and it did. Between the medical massages, X-rays to watch improvement, and every chiropractor session he would genuinely want to know what was bothering me each session, and then would check every body point from feet to neck for alignment with paying extra attention on the issue that kept me up at night. After 6 weeks, I never felt so good. The entire staff felt like family! To get to this point, you need to be consistent and follow his directions. Recently, I had a strange throat clicking and a 'Stone' stuck in my saliva glands. I called Dr. Angel up after not being in his office for a year (due to feeling better), and asked if he could help me after two ER visits and two primary care visits. Instantly, he said come on in. Carmel greeted me right at the door and was so friendly and accommodating! If you park in the lot, she will validate your parking ticket for you. Doctor Monica spent over an hour with me for a consultation and adjustment. We spoke in depth about my pain and concerns, and then she explained what she believed we needed to work on. She said she really focuses on muscle therapy, in addition to adjustment, which has already made a world of difference after one visit. I've been dealing with a shoulder injury for 8 years, and it has recently worsened. After one session with her, I am feeling much better. I then had a massage with Alicia, and it complimented my adjustment perfectly! I've never had a professional massage focus time on my head and feet, and it felt so nice! Important to point out, the practice is currently only accepting BCBS insurance. I'm fortunate to have that so I only have a co-pay for the adjustment and massage, but if you don't have BCBS, the massage would be $80, and I'm not sure the cost of the adjustment. Also worth noting is that the office space is so nice! It's clean, modern, inviting, and has spa vibe to it, as opposed to a medical office. Finally, it's located in Gaslight Village, so after my appointment, I ventured to Starbucks for a coffee and to read my book. Great day!
