I have some lower back pain due to poor sleeping position and Dr Matt has helped realign my back. He also suggested a foam roller daily to keep the area stretched and in-line. It's amazing, I always hear a few small pops when I foam roll and I feel so much better. The receptionist is also very kind and engaging. She is quick to get appointments scheduled or switch days if I need to. She also asks about my weekend or any travel I've done. It's nice to feel heard. Which to me did not make sense, they just throw customers of their clinic to the curb because a doctor left? I had this happen with a medical clinic and they just assigned me to another Physician. Next, they told me I could wait a few months as they were possibly getting a new doctor. They did not care that I was in pain. I no longer recommend this place to anyone.

When life became especially busy this fall and winter, I put my appointments on hold, assuming those positive changes would continue. For a while, they did. But after I started shoveling snow this winter, my back gradually began to worsen. Each morning, I woke up in more pain than the last, and I even considered spending $2,000 on a new mattress to solve what felt like an increasingly serious problem. One morning, as I reflected on what had changed (aside from the shoveling) and what my next step should be, I realized I hadn't seen Dr. Trent in months. I scheduled an appointment that very day. Truly, after just one adjustment, I stood up and felt an immediate difference. That night, I slept without waking up in pain--and the same was true for the nights that followed. I returned for another appointment a few days later and am so grateful to be back on a consistent schedule. The best part? I no longer needed to debate investing in a new mattress--I simply needed to get back to Dr. Tilton. Thank you!
