I first came on Thursday afternoon around 2pm and tried a few flavors but went with the Reese's peanut butter cup and added mini choc chips, marshmallows, whipped cream and peanut butter sauce. The scoop alone was a normal price- $5- but the toppings add up quickly. Still worth it! The ice cream was delicious and a perfect portion. The next day I returned and got the soft serve twist in a cup with Nutella sauce and it hit the spot perfectly. Pleasant staff, a nice clean interior with some table games, some other merch options, and a couple outdoor tables. I would definitely try their other PHX location as it is a lot closer. @azfitfoodfun

I was really looking forward to dining at a place that boasted about its dog-friendly amenities online, but my experience was deeply disappointing. Despite the online promises, upon arrival, a prominent "No Dogs" sign greeted us at the door, which was the first letdown. Previously, they had listed how they offered water bowls for our furry friends, but this time, there was no such accommodation. To make matters worse, the atmosphere inside was far from relaxing. The music was overwhelmingly loud, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation without yelling across the table. We physically moved to a table farther away. Service was incredibly slow; we waited over 90 minutes for our food, which arrived cold. This not only dampened our spirits but also left us questioning the efficiency of the kitchen and staff. A $13 dollar kids chicken stripes, and $1 charge per dip. Overall, the discrepancy between their online persona and the actual experience was stark. I wouldn't recommend visiting if you're looking for a genuinely dog-friendly environment or a pleasant dining experience. read more

Stay away if you're looking for even semi health-conscious food. Some American restaurants DO provide delicious and semi-healthy food but this is NOT one of those places. Virtually all the food on the menu was fried. I rarely leave reviews but this was so disappointing I had to leave a comment. We arrived on a Sunday at about noon. We had high hopes due to the high ratings. It took about 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered fish tacos and a burger with a side of soup. The soup tasted canned. They didn't inquire how we wanted the burger cooked. When the orders arrived, the fish tacos had shredded iceberg lettuce, were missing the side that was included, and there was barely any fish to speak of - most of it was fried breading -- the burger was over cooked with a stale bun. Our water was never refilled. Total cost? About $30 for some of the most terrible food we've had in a long time and we only had water to drink. Unacceptable. I admit the server seemed overwhelmed and she was polite and apologetic. read more

Top notch. Basic food cooked well and beautifully presented. We arrived mid afternoon after rock hunting, tired and hungry accompanied by our faithful pooch. As soon as we were seated, our server brought a bowl of water for the dog. The patio was comfortable and, obviously, pet friendly (although an elephant might be a little awkward). My wife had the Cowboy beef dip with perfect fries. I enjoyed one of the best cups of chicken poblano soup that I have ever had, with a fresh Turkey avocado sandwich. We were tempted by their homemade pies but, reluctantly resisted. I strongly recommend this restaurant, I know we'll be back. read more

Amazing place! Honestly, my favorite restaurant in Payson. Their medium wing sauce recipe is amazing, and their Ooey Gooey burger is my favorite of theirs. Good service, nice atmosphere. The dining room that used to serve great prime rib is no more. Instead, there is only a small eating area by the bar, or you can eat outside if you wish. We could not get the internet on our phones and found out that the only way to access it is to take a room or rent time on it. Never heard of such a thing before. We ordered Iced Tea ($4), and placed our orders for a meal. Companion ordered an individual Hawaiian Pizza ($19). Unfortunately, only the middle was edible as the outside was 2 inches of crust before getting to any sauce. I ordered the Prime Rib Dip which was supposed to be the same as a French Dip. The meat was from their very own smoker. I personally own 4 smokers and the meat that comes out of my smokers tasted nothing like what was served to me. To make a long story short, I spent the evening totally sick and worshiping the porcelain god. For $50.82 I have had meals that were far better. 1 star for cleanliness and that's all. Not recommended

One kid orders perfectly well. Another kid orders slightly better. Suddenly there's a food custody dispute at the table. Thankfully, there was plenty of food, nobody went hungry, and everyone left happy. Amazing food, amazing service, and a relaxed atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
