I hate to leave a negative review towards someone like Lopez. He really seems like a nice guy…read more However, we hired him for a 2 day job that (after 3 weeks) still isn't complete. The job was simple consisting mainly of adding mulch (weed barrier), re-positioning a pre-installed drip system, and planting. I don't know if it was inexperience or a lack of professionalism but this was one of the worse landscaping jobs I've ever seen. Expensive plants were broken and shoved into the ground. The drip system now saturated areas w/ no plants. Water now ran down my pathway onto the sidewalk (not in my yard where it should be) saturating our pathway to the house. The black mulch (assuming it was new) was dumped in my driveway leaving marks that I now have to pressure wash. This is how they left it! I came home to this with no explanation and no follow-up. We made the mistake of paying Lopez before inspecting the job (an understood no no). He seemed like such a nice guy that we assumed his services were equally as good. After complaining to Lopez, to his credit, he did return to "fix" some of the problems. However, this proved to be a waste of time as he literally dropped off a man who did not address any of the issues and eventually left. Im sharing my experience because money is hard to come. Paying for landscaping was a big deal for my family, financially, and not to be taken lightly. I hope that Lopez develops a better level of professionalism so that the next family who hires him will get his best instead of the type of service we received. Until then, I can not endorse Lopez Landscaping.

Our concrete ended up awful, blotchy & gross. The company reached out to the concrete manufacturer to get credits to fix the issues. They took the payment from the manufacturer and never came to our house to stain the concrete. It's been 4 years stuck with our ugly backyard. We paid 10K for ugly ass concrete.
