JAV Electric came back with the best price quote, and I scheduled them to do 2 ceiling fan installs, and several 'smart home' light switches. On the day of the appointment, John and Mike arrived within 1 minute of the scheduled time. Both were extremely friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job with all of the installations. Oftentimes it's the little touches that matter, and perhaps what impressed me the most was that they had brought a small hand vac with them, and cleaned up the dust and debris at the base of the walls where the switches had been installed. While this may not be a huge deal, it's the first time I've had an electrician take the time to do it - and it showed a genuine desire to provide a great customer experience. After finding Joe on Yelp on a Sunday and asking for an appointment for the next day, Monday, Joe contacted me and said they would be out first thing in the morning to install a ceiling fan. John arrived as expected and installed the ceiling fan quickly and made sure to clean up after the install. John was extremely polite and had no issue installing the fan. Called joe at JAV Electric for a quote and he came the next day. His quote was very reasonable for the job he quoted. He was able to do the job on Thursday morning. Only problem was I had an appointment to drop off my car at the shop for service and wasn't sure how I was going to get home from the shop since my wife was out of town. Joe offered to pick me up at the auto shop and bring me home and do the job. Joe picked me up as scheduled at 8:00am. The auto shop was super slow on getting the paperwork complete.
