This is how Jav Electric treats their customers. I don't appreciate the fowl language or threats used as im sure other customers wouldn't as well. Still waiting for a response regarding a payment made in full but not on their timeline. Also hard to believe they came to my home since I've never had work done here only at rental properties I own. read more

I was looking for a new electrician in Hemet, and I sent out a request for quotes on Yelp. JAV Electric came back with the best price quote, and I scheduled them to do 2 ceiling fan installs, and several 'smart home' light switches. On the day of the appointment, John and Mike arrived within 1 minute of the scheduled time. Both were extremely friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job with all of the installations. Oftentimes it's the little touches that matter, and perhaps what impressed me the most was that they had brought a small hand vac with them, and cleaned up the dust and debris at the base of the walls where the switches had been installed. While this may not be a huge deal, it's the first time I've had an electrician take the time to do it - and it showed a genuine desire to provide a great customer experience. Overall I could not have been happier with the service provided by Mike and John of JAV Electric, and they 100% have earned both my repeat business and my strong recommendation to anyone looking for an electrician in the Hemet area! read more

I reached out to Joe via Yelp. He usually replied within the day. He scheduled an appointment about a week out and showed up when he said he would. Joe installed an outdoor receptacle for me. When he went inside the house to tap into the existing outlet, he had shoe covers and vacuumed the drywall debris when he was finished. He also connected my BBQ island & outlet to an existing junction box. I'm pleased with the work done! Joe was very nice and professional. I would hire him again for future electrical jobs. read more

The best Knowledgeable electrician I know, and I know a lot of them. Joe and Amy's team gets the problem resolved what ever it may be

Suddenly four switches in our master bath failed. At first, we thought it might have to do with work being done on the alarm system. But that was not the case as determined by the Alarm company. So we sought referrals and learned of JAV Electric. Soon, two of Joe's fully outfitted electricians showed up and began searching. They were all over our attic and walls like termites! Within an hour, they found a fault in the box above a smoke alarm in the ceiling, repaired it, and were on their way. Everywhere they had worked was returned to spotless and correctly ordered. We highly recommend the group! I have done this kind of work in the past. They were as good and professional as I have ever seen! read more

My previous electrician no longer works in this area. He recommended JAV Electric. My tree guys must have stepped on my landscaping spotlight and it hadn't worked in several months. John Tabor and Mike arrived on time to evaluate the problem. I was pleased how efficient and quickly they worked. The wires are all now fixed and the spotlight is working perfectly. I went to get my checkbook and they said that they were working in the area anyway and there was no charge. What a really nice thing to do. Of course, I now consider them my electrician's and I will not hesitate to call them when anything electrical needs attention around my home. read more

These guys are amazing from the beginning to the end. I had a very large structure built on our property and my general contractor used Jav Electric. Hired JAV Electric to install a circuit for 240 volt equipment in my garage. The estimate was very reasonably priced and Joe & assistant did an outstanding job in a relatively short period of time. What I also appreciated is that the company did a great job of promptly returning phone calls, making appointments for the estimate and install dates/times, and then diligently sticking to their appointments. They called 15 minutes before arrival and even vacuumed the garage floor when they were done. They were very efficient and professional in every step and I received great value for their services. read more

After finding Joe on Yelp on a Sunday and asking for an appointment for the next day, Monday, Joe contacted me and said they would be out first thing in the morning to install a ceiling fan. John arrived as expected and installed the ceiling fan quickly and made sure to clean up after the install. John was extremely polite and had no issue installing the fan. A few days later I called Joe to say that there was a clicking noise coming from the fan. John came out the next day to take a look at it but the noise had gone away and hasn't returned since. My point here is how responsive this company is in making sure the customer was happy with their service. I intend to use JAV Electric for all my electric needs! Called joe at JAV Electric for a quote and he came the next day. His quote was very reasonable for the job he quoted. He was able to do the job on Thursday morning. Only problem was I had an appointment to drop off my car at the shop for service and wasn't sure how I was going to get home from the shop since my wife was out of town. Joe offered to pick me up at the auto shop and bring me home and do the job. Joe picked me up as scheduled at 8:00am. The auto shop was super slow on getting the paperwork complete. Joe was calm and said not to worry. He did the job with his helper Steve and did an excellent. Job. They deserve a 10 plus for going out of his way to pick me up and doing a extremely professional job. I had no clean up to do after they left either. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. read more
