Last week someone at the dental office said they were going to look into it. As of Sat March 6th 2026 I haven't heard anything back. Very frustrated this happened especially since I was there for a cleaning so the dentist didn't need to examine me.

The office is immaculate and decked-out with the most up-to-date equipment, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, everyone is transparent about prices and insurance coverage, and Dr. Greene himself always seems to be up to date on his research, implementing some sort of new technology or method. I am a bit of a science nerd so I'm always asking questions throughout each procedure and he is always more than happy to discuss and explain! Also, all of the hygienists are superb. I always have Ali when I come in for checkups and honestly, it feels like I'm just coming to hang out with a good friend (who just so happens to know how to clean teeth)! She's super friendly and caring (somehow she always remembers the last things we talked about six months prior), and so gentle when working, which I really appreciate. She is fantastic! I have had some very negative experiences with dentists and hygienists in the past that sort of scarred me for life, and I always dreaded going to my check-ups. He took unreadable xrays....(the old fashioned 1"x1" film negative) that the dentist I went to a few days later said we're useless and unreadable. The new dentist took a series of real digital xrays and said there's nothing wrong with that tooth, it's not dead and doesn't need a root canal!!! I called Dr Rege and told him I want my money back for the useless xrays. ( I had to pay cash because he doesn't accept my insurance) he got on the phone and told me I had to go back there for another appointment and he would refund the money I paid for the xrays. I want ALL my money back! I was there for an hour and a half, he kept leaving the room and I was the only patient there. He couldn't tell me if I had an abscess or not because the xrays were unreadable. Find a dentist that has up to date equipment!
