Dr. Kressley mumbled ominously under his breath, "I hope nothing happens to you." He didn't seem to want me to hear it, but I did, and it immediately spiked my anxiety. When I asked him why he would say something like that right before surgery, he gave me no explanation no apology no reassurance. I had already told both him and his colleague that I was very nervous, and that comment only made things worse. When it came time to go under, I told the staff I needed a minute. Instead of respecting that, Dr. Kressley pushed forward despite my repeated verbal objections. I wasn't resisting physically, but I was clearly in distress and asking not to be put under yet. The next thing I knew, I woke up without my wisdom teeth. Recovery was also rough. I bled heavily for almost a week, far longer than expected. While I understand complications can happen, the overall lack of care, empathy, and professionalism left me in disbelief. I chose this office based on a friend's recommendation, so this probably isnt typical for him. But my personal experience was terrible I do NOT RECOMMEND.
