He far exceeded my expectations & always articulated what he was trying to achieve with each appointment. The services that he & he team of professionals provide are top notch; from the equipment & devices they use up to the experience they have to the exceptional communication & customer service skills they all show with each & every visit. Dr. DeQuattro & his wonderful staff all have a great approach & demeanor to a wide range of patients that I witnessed when there for my visits. They always put me at ease & would always ask for input as to how something feels inside the mouth. There was constant communication of his goals for my teeth & he just was always willing to go above & beyond. My daughter's experience with Dr. DeQuattro and his staff has been nothing but wonderful. Each member of the staff is kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They have always made myself and my family feel comfortable (and very well informed) in regards to any and all procedures being performed. We have been going to Dr. DeQuattro since 2009 when our oldest child was going through phase 1 of braces. At that time we were getting ready to leave the country for the year. Dr. DeQuattro made sure that the timeline of our daughter's care would work for our departure and also made sure her teeth would stay aligned while we were gone. He has always taken an individualized interest in each of our 3 kids with educating them in dental hygiene and incentivizing them to stop sucking their thumb, to encouraging them in academics and sports. First and foremost, I don't usually take the time to write reviews, so that alone should display how strongly I feel about this place. There honestly isn't one bad thing I could say about Dr. Dequattro or his staff. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and people like Debbie, Connie, and Raphael are always so friendly. My initial concern when I went for my first appointment was am I going to be able to pay for braces? However, Dr. Dequattro did everything he could for me to work out an affordable payment plan.
