Our dentist let us know that our son would need some orthodontic work to correct some bite and alignment issues. We had already done the homework on who we wanted to use, so we gave Silversmith Orthodontics a call to set up a consultation. Kris, the office manager, made our appointment, took care of all the record transfers and worked with our insurance companies (both of them) to get the pre-authorization needed to off set the cost of treatment. She was prompt, professional and friendly. As for Dr. Ian Silversmith? He is truly great at what he does. During the consultation he took his time evaluating my son's challenges and thoroughly explained the treatment plan. What I really like the most is that he worked with my son and answered HIS questions. We decided to move forward with treatment and have been extremely pleased so far. He always runs on time and his office is spotless. When Dr. Silversmith is doing procedures that are uncomfortable for my son, he is always very kind and encouraging.
