I absolutely love Retails Thrift Store. The workers are all very kind and helpful. I appreciate…read morethe prices there too as I purchase items and donate them to Northwest Children's Outreach. Recently, management was so kind and donated to NWCO as well. What a blessing. I have family coming to visit and one thing they want to do is go to Retails! Thank you, Retails, for great management, clean store with good prices. I recommend this wonderful store and management. Thank you!

I would try to visit this store on a weekday day. We went on a Saturday and it was so busy, chaotic…read moreand a bit overwhelming. No staff maning the floor of the store. They just had cashiers with an extrmely long line. It took about 15 mins waiting in line to check out. Certian sections are well orgnized and others are not. It looks a bit dingy and messy in parts of the store. They allow dogs so that is nice and their sales benefit the Humane society which is awesome! We brought our pup. I found a few great nicknacks and a great little bench seat with an embroidered top for $7.99. Needs to be refinished. Really good prices on many things. There were not enough people working and they were kind of unproffesional and unhelpful. They seemed extremely stressed. I wanted to see things in a locked in a case on the floor. I politely asked the clerk about it and she said it will be like a half hour and never looked up at us at all or when checking us out or said anything pleasant or nice. Something for them to work on. Some customers also seem clueless about just standing in the way of others from looking at things and chit chatting for 5 - 10 minutes. It is not a coffee shop people.

I stopped by this consignment store while shopping at the mall and asked questions about the terms…read moreand what to do to consign clothes. Customer service associates explained the process making it easy to decide that I would come back. Name brand items were in the store merchandise displayed well and space was clean and well organized. Labels in the store made it easy to navigate my way around. Value of the items seemed reasonable and well priced. I returned to the store a few times after and consign items with Plato's. Before you leave the store you can get paid or a merchandise credit. They don't accept everything you drop off.

I think they have forgotten what a second hand consignment store means, out of five full totes of…read moreclothes they took four items. I think the people (very young girls) that are going through the clothes are shopping for things that they would like rather than the general public. People do not go to a secondhand consignment store looking for top-notch brands but looking for clothes that are in good condition that they can afford for either them themselves or their children. This store used to be somewhere that you could go and sell and find other clothes that were in great shape still for a great price, the fact that they are looking for Athleta, Lululemon, and top-notch brands only instead of reasonable brands that are in great condition from people is absolutely absurd. Not sure how this store is even still around with how they operate these days, nothing like when they first opened.
