A salesman greeted me seconds after I walked in and asked if I was looking for anything specific. I told him and he showed it to me and I said I'll take it but I'm also going to look around. He said he'd pull one from the back and have it waiting up front. He also offered me still or sparkling water. I accepted since it was a scorching August day. Love my new mini pouch and can't wait to wear it! There was no savings off retail here but the selection of Le Pliage sizes and colors was vast. Also very friendly service!

Especially when there are marked down sales -- I shop that part of the store first. Most of the time the sales people are helpful in finding another size and giving you feedback on the fit of the clothes. The dressing rooms are roomy. Most recently I picked up two items that were marked down for final sale and there was a 30% mark down on top of that. It is a pleasant, easy store to shop in. There is a renew shop rack there too so bring your renew card!

There was plenty of things to look at. There weren't as many women's clothes so my wife didn't have too much to look at and there weren't too many sizes of shoes either. Colette was the main person helping us, but because we went there pretty early, other CAs were chimed in too. Colette went as far as to track down a size of pants I needed all the way over in California for me. She was able to do the sale of both pants and a pair of sneakers as a send sale so that we didn't have to carry them around or pay sales tax (yay NH). It is an outlet, so you most likely will not find current season items or the signature items, but there are plenty of great deals to be had. Overall, it was a good experience, and it has become one of our must go shops whenever we visit.

I finally approach someone to unlock the sunglasses and she said they are closed and the registers are off. Today is 2/24 and I arrive here again promptly at 7pm. It took me 5 mins to get out my car bc my toddler was sleeping. When I approached the door it was LOCKED. I called the store and they told me they were closing at 7pm today despite the website and automated system saying otherwise. I am extremely disgusted with this location and after I return this item I'm washing my hands with SAKS altogether. Let's not forget my commute was just 2 hours. & I would rate this place 0 stars.

I went in last evening very close to closing and although they were extremely busy with organizing the store for an important corporate visit and also attending to a bit of a picky customer, they could not have been more attentive and accommodating. Ralyn, who is one of their incredible sales professionals usually assists me but with her being engaged with another customer, others on the sales team jumped in to help me, including their lovely store manager, who I might add, definitely sets the harmonious tone for this store. I love Ralyn but I understood and it all worked out perfectly. THANK YOU!!! From the security team to the store manager and all of the great staff in between. You cannot go wrong here. I walked away with yet another great purchase that I can rock here in our little Rhode Island. Thank you for always being unpretentious and welcoming.
