I made a trip up here because I wanted to try on a coat that I was told was in store. Unfortunately, while the coat was there, it was unavailable because it was in an off site facility and it was too late for someone to get it. Typically I would have been flustered, but the sales associate, Viktor, was extremely helpful and pleasant. He was able to order the coat, which I received yesterday. The store was extremely neat and while they did have a couple of employees walking around, it's very busy, so expect to wait awhile potentially before someone assists you. Also, prior to getting inside, they had a pretty long wait before we could get inside, but I still had a pleasurable experience and thought the customer service was excellent here. read more

Finally, I got my winter coat at this location! Believe it or not because a staff is so nice, knowledgeable, patience, active, super care plus my friend drug me, Lol, I'm kidding. She just convinces me to get a coat after she decide to buy it. I actually went to many Mackage store in Manhattan: Soho and Madison. Soho was the worst and Madison was ok but busy. This outlet location seems like us are the last customer so the staff take care us very good. I have eyes on Adali and Kay for a while. I was debating should I get long or short coat because I have such a small frame. I tried both of them before and this time I try them again so at the end I won't be able to resist it. My friend got an old model so she pay $300 less than me that got a new model. The old model didn't have color and fur I want. I spent no discount at this outlet store so it is the same price at the boutique just different service. I was thinking should I order online on holiday maybe I will get some discount but the con about buy fur coat online is you don't know about condition of fur you get. Every coat has different looks, shape, puffiness of fur even it is the same line of coat. So I found the coat I like and perfect fur and I'm going to spend the same amount anyway so some people may laugh at me but I just happy for the condition and item I get. read more

This place is a disaster! Do not expect to be greeted by the employees here because they are busy on their phones or chatting each other. Ok! No problem! But they even ask thee customers if they need any help. Another thing, they only carry size small. When I asked the manager about an item, she gave me an attitude. Mackage! This Mackage store is visually perfect. Great service overall, I had an amazing time shopping here. The employees are very helpful and are there to listen to you. Dominique is an extraordinary manager, she knows exactly what she's doing. I was also helped on the floor by a Sales Associate I didn't catch his name but he was a wonderful young man. He greeted me with a a warm smile as I entered the store's doors & provided me with exceptional customer service, understood what I was looking for in a coat, the cost I wanted to spend and everything else. My wife and I came into this store about two weeks ago and made a purchase. We had initially came in to browse since we were not immediately going home after shopping but the sales associate we were working with were so pleasant they even offered to ship our purchase to our home. We agreed, finalized the sale and left our information so they could ship the item. Some time goes by and my wife mentions the item had not arrived so we call the store to find out what happens next. The associates we spoke with were apologetic about the situation but told us this is considered a "net loss" and unfortunate for us. They told us they were contacting regional directors and such and that we would get a call soon to see how the situation could be resolved but we have yet to hear since. When we reached out to Mackage's customer service line for more guidance they were willing to offer more solutions to our situation but because we purchased in-store nothing could be done. It is a shame to experience such disparate customer service levels under the same company; while the online Mackage family were willing to offer solutions, the in-store Mackage family were eager to forget about us and our "net loss" situation. We see now that this in-store Mackage family sees us as nothing more than a transaction where exceptional customer service stops once the money is in the till. read more

This is my favorite store to visit every time I go to the outlets! The staff is wonderful at making us feel safe- they are requiring everyone to sanitize upon entering, making sure everyone's masks stay above their noses, and keeping the amount of people in the store at one time to a minimum. I went into the store on Saturday and it was such a great experience! I was a bit overwhelmed since I'm not familiar with the company and it can be intimidating to go into a higher end store when you don't know exactly what you want. The salesperson was so wonderful they explained the different fits of some jackets and told me a little bit about the company which was wonderful. They answered all my questions and I didn't feel any pressure to hurry up and purchase something like when you go elsewhere. I ended up getting their classic jacket with fur trim. Everyone was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back! read more
