Paint is already starting to chip on said panel within a day of picking up the car. Mechanical repair 3/10, returned the car to me with a bent shock just because "it passed alignment"... doesnt mean the shock isn't dangerous to drive on. I chose to go to this shop instead of a national chain with my insurance because i wanted to support a local business but I should have been more thorough in my inspection before pickup.

I spent over an hour talking to Jim Jackson the manager of cars &credit arguing with him about the priceof another vehicle. He finally told me to look him in the eye then told me he would take $5900.00 off the price of any vehicle that we chose, and the final price would the same or possibly less than what he owed on the car that they sold my grandson that had been submerged which around $9300.00. when they wrote the contract the price was $12858.79 instead of the $9300.00 that Jim Jackson told me to look in his eye and told me BEWARE OF CARS & CREDIT

Worst dealership experience I've ever had…read more I specifically reviewed the Carfax before purchasing, which showed a prior incident but no details. I asked directly about it, and both the salesman and the used car manager assured me it was only a cracked windshield claim. That was completely false. The vehicle had clearly been involved in an accident and required body repairs. Something they absolutely knew and chose not to disclose and lie about. They also gave me an "I Owe You" for repairs, and despite multiple attempts to get those issues fixed, the vehicle still has ongoing problems. They simply do not follow through. To make things even worse, they mailed my tag and title to the wrong address, creating even more unnecessary stress and delays. The lack of honesty and accountability from management is unacceptable. I felt misled from the beginning, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, a horrible experience.
