Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I was serviced at the Jacksonville location on Arlington Expressway. Before purchasing the rims, I specifically asked the store manager, Dee, whether the rims would fit my vehicle correctly and whether any modifications would be necessary. I was assured that the rims would fit without any issues and that no alterations would be needed. After the installation, my vehicle immediately began shaking at speeds of approximately 60 mph and above. What followed was over a month of frustration, multiple trips back to the store, and several attempts to determine the cause of the problem. Two local tire shops were unable to remove the wheels, and the Infiniti dealership later discovered that all ten wheel studs were bent and the wheel bolts were stripped. I paid out of pocket to have those parts replaced, yet the vibration issue continued. I returned to the Jacksonville location multiple times seeking a resolution. At one point, my vehicle remained at the shop for three days. Although the problem initially seemed fixed, the severe shaking returned as soon as I reached highway speeds. As a result, I have been unable to safely drive my vehicle normally and have had to borrow vehicles from others just to get to work. Because I was unable to get the issue resolved, I contacted the owner of both Coast to Coast Rims locations, Mr. Milrad, who operates the Fort Lauderdale location. I explained the entire situation and simply requested a fair resolution. I was not asking for a refund; I only wanted a set of rims that properly fit my vehicle, which is what I believed I was purchasing from the beginning. Instead, I have been left dealing with safety concerns, repair expenses, lost time, and ongoing inconvenience. Spending $1,800 should come with professional service, accurate fitment, and accountability when problems arise. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Coast to Coast Rims. Customers should be able to trust the expertise of the professionals selling and installing their wheels. I did, and I have spent more than a month dealing with the consequences.

Please understand that it has been sold and not owned or operated by the pervious professional owners that offered quality repair excellent Customer Service and quality repair. I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for an oil leak, headlight and brake light replacement. My appointment was for Monday August 31. On Wednesday September 2 I had still heard nothing about my vehicle I called and was told, can you believe they were just about to bring in in the shop bay to inspect it had now been two day of getting the Sunshine Treatment. I get a text message with a link to inspection report. I text back asking for a quote which I received and I gave an OK to estimate and asked for completion date which I was told was Wednesday September 9. When I questioned I was told I did not understand how complex the repair. I told them to proceed. On Friday September 4 I stopped by unannounced and found my vehicle still sitting in the same spot as when dropped off and untouched. I was very upset and was told I had never approved the repairs. When I showed them the text message it again was not their fault it was miscommunication. I should have known at this point five days later and still nothing done that this was not a professional repair shop and they were as their name said Sandalwood Car Careless. I was told my vehicle would be ready on Wednesday September 9. Want to take a guess if ready, well the answer is NO and it had not been touched. Then on Thursday September I get a call from the owner tell me my vehicle still not ready and they cannot complete all the repairs as they do not have the knowledge nor capabilities to do that type of repair. This is where it was somewhat my fault as all the pervious issue were telling me they do not have the knowledge and skills to do the repairs. This though they should have admitted to start. Well then on Friday September 11 I called Sandalwood Car Careless to see if vehicle finished at 10:00am and was told NO, when I got upset as now we going on two weeks I was told I not respect them. Well I was always told you had to earn respect to get respect and at this time I had caught them in over four lies. I finally was able to pick up my vehicle on Friday September 11 at 4:00pm. Now the cherry on top, they gave me the wrong bill for person and vehicle that was not me. They did not even know my name or vehicle. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seem. Do not worry about getting everything in writing as they just say it is miscommunication between them and you. Nothing is ever their fault it will be yours. On a positive I was not charged for the eight days of Sunshine Treatment nor 8 days of lot storage. I really though question the quality of work and service done to my vehicle due to the lack of professional service, lack of any customer service and the capability to preform all the work requested.
