I really wanted to like this place. They seemed down to earth and all about business BUT after multiple trips and no follow up, we don't trust them enough to do business in the future. I got a flat on the highway while traveling. I got the tire replaced on the road but after a day or so, it went flat which is when we realized the rim must have been bent or cracked. We looked up a couple of places but landed here because they were open weekends and past 5p during the week - important for us because we live 45 minutes away and work usually until 5p. We spoke and delt with Danielle and arranged to drop the car off on a Friday night for them to take a look on Saturday morning. I called on Saturday and they said the rim was bent and I could use new tires on the front; it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday. I didn't hear anything back on Tuesday, so I called, spoke to Danielle who said the car was ready. I picked it up later that day. at this point, I am thinking I can check this off the list and the work is done. I also happen to work from home and don't use my car daily but after two days of sitting in the garage, I noticed the tire was flat again. I called Danielle to let them know and she said to bring it back up. When I arrived, I told her to just replace the rim - I don't have the time to keep going back and forth and I want a sure thing. She said the rim would take a couple of days to order the rim since it was OEM but to expect a call the following Monday or Tuesday to come pick it up. I didn't hear anything on Monday or Tuesday but waited until Wednesday because I get it - the country is still facing supply and labor issues. Well, I call Wednesday and no answer. I called multiple times that day and got nothing. I try again on Thursday morning and still nothing, so I decided to call the Tampa shop to make sure they weren't temporarily closed and the person who answered said they just hung up with Danielle. at this point, I felt like they were avoiding me. Well business this is a business transaction, and they had my property, I kept calling because I wanted to pick it up and cut ties - this is really shady. Finally, a guy picks up and says the car was done the day before and I could come pick it up. I was frustrated because again, here I am calling them, not once did they call me during this experience and because my car was done, and I could have already picked it up. But hey - my car is finally fixed. Well, sadly this was not the case. I arrived to pick up the car and the original rim was still on the car! I went in and asked what happened, supposedly, they found a hairline crack and welded the whole rim. Danielle showed me a picture of a rim with a small but visible crack. But I knew this was not a picture of my car because the rim was polished, mine are brushed and a hairline crack would not have shown a big as the one in the picture. I knew there's no point arguing, I can't trust their word and I need to get my ride and go somewhere else. read more

We bought second Dodge Magnum from a Policeman in Live Oak. The car was only for competitions. He's about to retire and wanted to focus on his Muscle car. So, he sold this Magnum to us. We found that the car was way too much of a "low rider". Every bump we either were scraping the road or in fear of doing that. We asked this place how much to do the job, if Ernie bought the parts. They quoted us only $200.00, so we went with them to do the work. We heard a rattle in the rear spring, so we went back. They made a minor adjustment and sent us on our way. I took a chance recently and purchased another set of rims from them since my first purchase for another car in 2014. Straight up scene out the movie the wash. They tell you your wheels will be ready on a Tuesday but you won't get them on your car until maybe Friday and that's with a appointment. I never knew fabrication to a wheel was a thing. Unsafe and jeopardizing the center of the wheel so it could fit threw me for a loop. I drove it and the vibration was unbearable. So to fix it I was told that they would order "the correct wheels" that would fit DIRECTLY on my truck without fabrication only to find out that they put adapters on to make them fit. After the first encounter and witnessing a fight I asked for my money back and was told that they would have to give me a check after I paid cash. Tread lightly when going there and if you hear a milking machine or a banging noise, definitely investigate the noise. read more

When I came to pick it up they pulled my car in and put the wheel on then placed the spare in the back, no extra charge. I have been in the automotive industry off and on since i was a kid. Now retired i let the young bucks have the fun of working in a shop. I decided to stop by coast to coast to look at some of there wheels, the owner was the first to greet me and he and his staff know what real customer service means, they know how to make a customer happy, and not over charge the people that come to there shop. They are by far the best tire and and wheel experts i have encountered and there technicians are also just as knowledgable... its hard to find honest hard working people in business nowadays without someone trying to upsell you or over charge you.....i can assure you. There us no place in florida that can beat there prices, i travel for a living and have been all over florida and waited until i had found the right shop......i am very happy and will take every vehicle i own to them from now on..... read more

The customer service at this location is very poor and so is the service! I went in to have my pickup truck lifted. I paid in full on Saturday and was told that the parts would be in Monday evening and to comeback on Tuesday which was no problem. I get there Tuesday morning and they let me it's going to be another day to get me in, which I was not happy about because I came from another state. After requesting a refund they pulled some strings to get the parts. After waiting all day to get my truck finished they rushed me out the door without giving me an alignment that I paid for. I have been a customer with this company since May of 2019. The man Mike is nasty, rude, and disrespectful. He has no regards for customers who have paid in full. The men that work there are getting under paid for there work so they are messing you customers cars due to this matter. I ordered some rims and the rims where put on my car now my car is riding funny. I took my car back to the company in September 2019 my stubs are now binding in. They fixed one stud and then gave me back my car and said an alignment, rotation and balance was done. Two days after my car started sound like a truck roowwwwing badly. I took my car to another car dealership to let them look at the problem the ending result was the tires have a defect in them. The rims are not drilled evenly and they are laying on my studs and causing them to bind in as stated before. I talked to Jeremy the owner when I asked Mike who was the owner he stated he was out of town. This place is a rip off if you want good quality tires and work go else where. I am a female and they did this to me. This is not unusual not to mention they did not provide me with a contract they told me the finance company would give me that now I am stuck having to replace my stud caps for all four tires, Acima is full of shit cause they want help me but so much and the so much is like nothing. if you get approved by Acima go to hot wheels or another company that they deal with because you will be mad as hell. I will be updating the outcome to let you know what happened. However, I will never recommend anybody to these people. BEST OF LUCK YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. This place is horrible and not ever bring your car here if you want good quality work. The initial service is bad however the problems that occurred afterwards is where we have an issue. I drove my car From Atlanta to have wheels installed which they did very well however the wire to my AC pressure switch was sawed through because they are located in the wheel well. Instead of the worker informing me that that's what he had done he hit the wires so my AC wasn't working. One of the guys at coast yo coast my car to an a/c repair shop that advised him it was my compressor. I didn't know how to drive my hot car six hours back to Atlanta where I got another diagnosis That discovered my wires have been sawed through. When I spoke to the Owner Via phone and sent him all the paperwork of the repairs and I had to do he was really really nasty and told me there's nothing that they can do her I bought it back to them they would have taken it to their AC repair shop to have it fixed which they have already done and gave me the wrong diagnosis. This is not the customer service at all and this is not how you treat customers. If you damage the property you should make good on your services and fix it. read more
