This has a great location, but otherwise is sub par.
Don't stay here in winter. I was here in Feb 2018. The room heaters are very weak. The first room I had was extremely cold, even though the heater appeared to be on, verified by the staff on duty. I was lucky to be able to move to another room, which was better, but still on the chilly side.
The wall mounted heaters are inadequate. I had to set the thermostat to the maximum 30 C (86 F) to get the room into the mid 60s. I think they are set to save power.
I ended up wearing three shirts, a vest and two pair of socks to get warm enough to sleep in the first room.
The bathroom was even colder than the room. There is no heat (or ventilation) in there. And it's all marble. Think meat storage locker. The hot water is pretty hot, so you can warm up in the shower.
The bath products (shampoo and gel, no lotion or conditioner) are weirdly slimy. It made me feel good about bringing the extras from previous stops.
There's no restaurant, only a very poor breakfast buffet. A few dry cereal choices, two kinds of under ripe fruit, two similar kinds of cheese, and perhaps the nastiest, driest, inedible steam table eggs I have ever seen.
Housekeeping forgot to replenish coffee/tea supplies, and the person on duty couldn't do anything because they were in a locked closet.
On the plus side, in addition to a central location, some of the desk people were friendly, and the WiFi is password protected, fast, and strong.
