TDLR: great location, terrible wifi, average rooms, included breakfast, helpful staff
Great location. Nearby all the shops and cafes of old Granada. All the tourist buses and plazas are within short walking distance. Friday night was a bit loud with people singing while watching futbol at a nearby bar.
Terrible wifi. I wasn't able to load any websites, maps, or emails. Literally nothing.
Average rooms. The toilet did not flush on low flow mode and the safe was unusable. Our room was otherwise clean. We also only had 2 plugs in a 3 bed room.
Breakfast was included. It was your usual continental breakfast of bread, assorted croissants, jamon, cheese, cereals, nescafe coffee, orange juice, fruit, yogurt.
Staff spoke Spanish, English, French, and Italian.
There was a Rick Steeves tour group staying in the hotel at the same time us. read more
