I recently had an unfortunate accident and had 2 flat tires on my Silverado High Country. Because of they are a trusted business I use, I had my truck towed to the shop after hours (which they do need a night drop box, I'm sure Jesus will get something figured out), I called in the morning & was in a panic cause I needed my truck ASAP. Being a 2025 truck I wanted the same tires so there no variance, the wonderful office clerk, Jennifer, quickly checked & told me they don't have those tires in stock. She gave me a bunch of options, which even included buying them someplace else & they will install them. So I began calling other visalia stores, but within minutes she called me back & told me she found the same tires, if ordered before 10am they can be here by 2pm & be ready to go by 3! Just awesome & even the desperation I wasn't price gouged. Still a great competitive price & I didn't have any hassle with the process. My truck was ready to go, & the technician spoke to me to let me know one tire looked tampered with & double checked the truck & found it safe to drive. This place is one the best & most efficient & best of all HONEST places I can recommend. So glad they are expanding their business for more service options! I still owe them an awesome review for the suspension work they did on my son's car. Thank you Best Auto

(We had already had my husband's 2007 charcoal Accord repainted at Golden State, since it was down to the metal in spots, thanks to the intense Porterville SUN. Well it looked great again) So I figured it was time to repaint my car to fix that nearly down to the metal splotchy look on the hood and roof. It has very low miles and is in great condition otherwise. I was told that they could probably make it look pretty good with just some body shop tricks. Well we got it back and I can't believe it's the same car. It's not perfect because of bird poop that etched the paint but it looks amazing. Oh and they also polished the headlights so the plastic wasn't yellow anymore. It might not need to be repainted for a few years now. So instead of up-selling me, they just gave me what I needed. We are thrilled and proud to have found this old fashioned neighborly business. Thank you to Golden State Auto Body on Olive. And thank you Jason.
